ARE YOU KIDDING??? What a nightmare! I set up rental on a unit from Dallas on Monday 3/7/2016. I called on Saturday 3/12/2016, to confirm Sunday hours, which they said was until 3p. Today (Sunday 3/20/16), I jump in my car and hustle down here from Dallas. Arrive with plenty of time to spare, until I pull in and see the door is LOCKED! I freak out. I call the number hoping they had to run to the store; anything but closed! I think I have a moving van with movers and stuff coming down behind me by a few hours. My heart is in my throat! Its 1:37pm. The hours on the voicemail state; till 3. I leave three messages - no call back. I call the number on their website! Nothing. I call corporate, they cant help me. They finally deliver the bad news; "Maam, you will need to go somewhere else, we cant help you." I call public storage because they are now the only ones open at this point (its 2:45 after all this calling around). They get me the closest giant ass storage unit. We head over there, walk in and are instantly greeted by the cuuuuutest sweet girl who instantly eased my pain. She was warm and offered me suggestions and gave me a tour. She gave me time to decide which size was going to accommodate all of our stuff. Because by now, Ive heard that the movers are delayed due to more Uhaul shenanigans (they opened two hours late because the manager decided to go to church instead of working - all fine except he is supposed to be WORKING). Anyway, Alex assures me she will help me get my stuff delivered in time...even if she has to stay a little late helping these peeps off the property. She was so helpful and made me feel like this was doable - the already stressful ordeal of moving. DONT GO TO NORTH LOOP STORAGE. I recommend seeing my girl Alex at Public storage. 2100 North Loop West Houston, TX 77018-8004 It will be a few dollars more, and you will get EVERY. Penny. in customer service.

First off, Nicole is amazing! She goes way above and beyond as far as customer service and ensuring that you have what you need for moving in and out. She has a lot of experience and takes the time to share her knowledge about moving and storage. She always seems to be the one working (I believe there are only 2 of them) so chances are youll be working with her if you do business with them. The facility is really nice as well - very clean and easy to navigate. The freight elevator can be tricky, but it seems to work fine when the doors on each floor are closed and the buttons in the correct positions. The place always felt safe & secure, so I never worried about my belongings. They do also have moving/packing supplies, including U-Haul boxes, though their space & thus inventory is limited. This definitely wouldnt stop me from renting a U-Haul from them - again the customer service is amazing. In fact I tried to, but ended up getting switched to another location due to availability, which is definitely something to verify when it comes close to time to pick up your truck.

I must say, that I feel for the guy that had his storage broken into, but all I can say is it must be an entirely different facility. I can say, that everyone that Ive ran into has been extremely helpful, especially the manager. Everything is very well lit, with cameras everywhere. I have come to the facility, during the day, and I have come at night, and I feel that security is as good as any place could make it. The staff has been more than helpful, for the explaining the details of the contract, as well as the purchasing, and rental of materials and/or property.

I have been a tenant since mid 2013 and have been very pleased with the facility and its management team of Sara and Nicole. The facility is kept clean, has motion activated security cameras and the trash is picked up regularly. One thing that really impressed me the other day when I inadvertently left some items outside my unit. Nicole walks the facility prior to closing, found my stuff and secured it for me in a spare locker until I returned. Priceless!

My unit was broken into and the majority of the items were stolen. The front office refuses to review the security tapes stating, "it is too much work to review a months worth of footage." The front office is frequently closed during regular office hours. Horrible experience. All of the employees were recently fired. Poorly managed. Please just find another storage unit facility.

I went in to rent a storage because my family & I are building a new home and needed to store our belongings for about 6 months. The facility is very clean & the staff was very helpful. I was in & out within 20 minutes. They even had boxes & Uhaul trucks to rent to make my moving less of a headache! I strongly recommend them!

This place is horrible. The freight elevator hasnt worked for three months. They put a second lock on my door, when my account was current. When asked to remove the lock: no apology and much attitude. There are many better options, nearby. Oh yeah: these guys used to offer discounts for a good review.
