I am a regular customer at the Patriot Car Wash in Kyle, with both of my cars. Today while using the Foam Brush, the hose came off from the brush handle. The foam sprayed all over me, and I placed it and the brush next to the wall. I then switched options to Soap to finish out the time remaining. Then I could fix the brush/hose and finish the 2nd half of my car. While using the spray gun to finish the time left, the "employee" from the car wash that works for tips at the drive-thru, came into my stall and began teasing me about breaking the brush and throwing it around. We went back and forth for a minute or so, before he informed me that he was "Not laughing!!" and began using profanity and yelling. When he asked if I was going to fix it, I informed him that I was waiting until my time had expired. After threatening to take down my plates and have me arrested and not only arrested, but he would "come for me himself". I knew there was a serious issue occurring. At that point I felt insulted. He screamed that "the entire operation, all of these people waiting" had to shut down for him to come over and see "what the hell I was doing". After my time had expired, I replaced the spray gun, then gathered the Foam Brush and hose and put them back together. The clamp over the hose was loose, so I used my own small screwdriver to tighten it for the next few customers. I am not a customer to purposely break items that I still need to use, nor am I a customer that enjoys being verbally threatened at your place of business, by some thug that doesnt even have a uniform, name tag or photo badge to represent the establishment he is apparently running. If I were not a regular enough customer to know that there is a person working the drive-thru, I would have called the police on him for how he was threatening me. Not to mention I thought for a slight moment that he was going to do a good customer service thing and fix the hose and brush for me. That was far from the results.

My three kids and I tried to get a,car wash today I pulled up parked next to the first area by the grassy area so I could see my kids and wash at the Same time the guy was drying his car. Not even washing it any more. We waited 10 min and he was still there we left to eat lunch and bathroom break for the kids return and he is still there. As well as two attendants working right next to the wash area. The car was steady both times we were there and this fool just rubbing his black 96 impala down nothing fancy couldnt pull to to an open area or even by the vacuum hoses.

The hispanic guy that is there all the time that scrubs the vehicle before entering the auto wash has a huge attitude! Took my money and asked if he was going to scrub like he does for everyone else. Started complaining about a tip which I give for service. It is earned and shouldnt be expected. If you give a service to one you give it to all. I have done a lot of business here and will look elsewhere and be the bigger person. Attitudes get you nowhere and Im not willing to go to jail for a piece of work like him.

This is a great option for a quick wash, especially if you like/need to do it yourself with a pressure washer. They do have a couple automated washes too though. Rates are fairly typical (50 cents a minute to pressure wash), and equipment is mostly in great working condition. The only exception might be the vacuums. Personnel are very friendly and professional. It can get a little tight in there if its busy though, so use caution if youre thinking of bringing a trailer or RV here.

Found this place since its right by my work. They have a self serve car wash, but also a touch-free drive through car wash. Theyll also brush your car before you go in through it with brushes, expecting a small tip of $1 or $2, but even if you have no cash theyll still do it. The wash itself is pretty cheap too, just $8.

Poor customer service. Not even worth one star but want to warn others. Place suppose to open at 9 & its 9:15 & still not open. Machine broken & took $10. I want my money back. Staff member here but he cant start work since boss man not here. Bad business!!! Also phone number listed is out of service. Rip off!

Attendant was RUDE...SAID I HAD TO.MUCH TREE SAP..GO WASH IN THE BAY...HITTING MY TRUCK HARD WITH THE BRUSH. WITH ATTITUDE. I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES...SOME TIMES I HAVE CASH FOR A TIP AND WHEN I DONT THE SAME GUY IS A JERK!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Not even this star but just to get in DUDE was RUDE and wanted a tip before washing my vehicle then leaves it dirty anyway. Im Hispanic and I know how to do a job worth a tip. 6 thumbs down on YOU ALONE dude! Never again!!!

What an amazing car wash!! They literally hand scrub your car!! We were very impressed. Only costs $10.00. Its worth at least twice that amount. These guys work really hard. Cannot compliment them enough. Best car wash ever.

Price went up to $10 and the quality of guys washing went down. Use to be worth every penny, but not anymore... Guess Ill have to go to Water Works and get 2 washes for $7.

Its kind of hard to wash your car if the all they have is cold water! Avoid! Anybody with hot water is better. Confirmed with staff.

Good wash, can be a wait on the weekend. Timers seem to go faster as you add more coins.
