This is an attempt to reach out to the owner who has been ignoring me for 3 weeks regarding damage incurred to my car while under their supervision. I have made 3 trips, left my phone number and even tried email twice. This morning the second email address I was given from an employee bounced. This is the second issue Ive had with this facility. The first was borderline fraudulent after an employee told me that parts on my car were worn and I should replace them. Unfortunately for him, I had just replaced them myself a few weeks prior so I knew they were brand new. My car has been meticulously maintained and now that I"m trying to sell it, Im stuck with a $400 wheel repair for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen with well intentioned employees, but being ignored by management speaks volumes about the care they have for customers. To the owner, Ive left my number numerous times at the facility. Ill be back to update this next week with more details either way.

After getting a full detail and having to return 3 times in one day for my car to still not be clean and have visible trash and dirt in it I was given a free wash and gift certificate. I have been back twice since then and my car is never clean. I dont understand the lack of work put into the business??? I tried across the street from them for a considerable less cost and my car comes out beautiful! When I called to explain the disappointment whoever answered seems less than thrilled of the comments & just said sorry whats your license plate number. It doesn’t matter my plate number it matters that the business is run like complete garbage and isnt worth it to even deal with them. The guys who greet me and check out girl who is young with dark hair have always been sweet as pie but the bottom line is its just not worth it!

Took vehicle today to have it washed. Seems they have missed half of my truck and when I got in it there was a cigarette odor inside. ( I dont smoke). Saw a few guys smoking so I guess one felt comfortable enough to smoke in my truck when he drove it in to the wash. The lower half of my truck wasnt even done and what was done seemed like it was just wiped with a cloth. Missing change from my center console as well. Definitely not worth the money. Guess the saying is true want something done right do it yourself.

I was amazed by how gracious and kind the people are (who work there). Eddie was so genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep one morning. I trust my vehicle with this business, since Eddie is so considerate. Im positive the rest of the team is just like him, and I have taken my Jeep to them for years (since they opened). Very trust-worthy!

Unethical, rip off artists. Been using Lakeway for 4 years and loved their service. Their 2015 pricing practices are to OVERCHARGE FIRST and INFORM AFTER the work is done. Had the $35 coupon for oil change (5qts) and wash. Requested synthetic (yes, expected asmall up charge) but they GOUGED us. Never paid more than $40 previously for this vehicle. Charged us $99

I have my car washed here once every week or so, and I always get a clean car in reasonable amount of time. The people are always helpful and treat me well. I very much prefer it over the other car wash places I used in the past. I will definitely keep going there and expect to keep getting the excellent results. Go Arbor, keep up the good work! terrible results for paying $175 for full detailing of car. dirt still on hub caps and in trunk space. no door interiors cleaned. not worth the time or money spent even after a second "washing" attempt. not to mention they did not honor the price of services paid for on a gift card purchased 2 weeks prior. had to pay additional 50+

Rude, miserable, unhelpful greeter. Couldnt be bothered to answer questions about the different wash options without giving me attitude. Prices were extortionate. Drove out and wont ever be going back.
