I was very disappointed in the level of service I recieved today. I have been a loyal customer of the Finish Line for many, many years and have seen good/bad management come and go. I always tip very well and have been satisfied with the service in the past. The one thing that has changed... I no longer drive a "luxury car"! I now drive a new 2014 Toyota 4 Runner....not a shabby car, however not a Mercedes or BMW. Also, the supervisor out front has changed and I no longer see the familiar friendly faces who took pride in their service. Not sure if it is b/c I no longer drive an "expensive car", however my car was not moved forward to the street, as in the past. The water was not blown out from the rear view mirrors, the inside of my doors were not dried, and there were drips all over the passenger side of my car. When I drove off, water was flying off my car. Hopefully today was just an "off-day" and the owners will remember their loyal customers and give everyone the same level of service as those who are driving the Porsches, Mercedes, and BMWs of Westlake.

I went to Finish Line because I had my car detailed a while back (that was paid for by a repair shop) and was impressed by their thorough detailing and notion of "doing the job right". So when my car desperately needed a cleaning I decided to take the 15min drive over here for them to do it. I called and Dwayne quoted me before I arrived. He noticed my headlights also needed attention and gave me a great deal (and warranty) on that. Side note, he is such a nice guy that always wants to get it right or its not done yet. There was a bit of a wait for the detail but thats because "they do it right". They have an awesome car service that can take you a short distance so I was able to get my other errand knocked out while I was waiting. If you arent satisfied with your cleaning ask them to address the issue and they will get the job done right with the upmost professionalism and respect.

I have been going to this car wash for years and had great service until the last couple of months. The quality person is really dropping the ball. In the past there was always someone at the end of the line making sure everything was perfect and the customer was happy. They still have someone at the end of the line, but they completely lack attention to detail. My vehicle is brand new and this is the first time it has been washed and the quality guy told me that the dirt on the vehicle (and the bugs) would not come off with a routine wash and I needed to buy a more expensive detail to get it right. I showed him what I was talking about and wiped most of these items off with my fingers. He argued and I gave up. Clearly management needs to focus on the people they have in a quality check role and get this straight or they will lose a lot of business. Today they lost mine.

Tried this place or the first time yesterday... NOT impressed. I waited in line to get to the vacuum station for 14 minutes. They promise 20 minutes or less from there to the end for the basic wash, or its free. It took 36 minutes from this point, and they were very disorganized. This place could be great, but it seems like the management is terrible. I watched two cars bump each other exiting the wash, because the guy who should move them into the drying line wasnt paying attention. My car was still dirty, and they did not dry it by hand at all. My wheels were still very dirty, and when I asked for a manager, he wasnt around. I wont be retuning, and Ill be telling everyone about how horrible an experience this was. My local gas station automatic wash does a much better job, and in less than 5 minutes. Improve your service and quality, or your business will suffer.

I have gone to The Finish Line for years and I have never had a bad experience. As soon as I pull up, the staff is there opening my door for me and greeting me by name. The people inside are so great as well. The Finish Line truly knows how to treat their customers well and make them feel special. They offer so many services like the charity bar where you can get free drinks and even ice cream while you wait. I needed my car washed terribly and even though it looked like rain I decided to take it in because they have a rain check policy that Ive used before with no problem. They always have my car out quickly and do an excellent job. They never cease to amaze me! I had scratches all along my bumper and they managed to make my car look brand new! Every time I go there I know my car is in good hands and that I will not be disappointed. I love The Finish Line!

What I liked: It was a clean facility and they cleaned my car relatively quickly (15 minutes) with what seemed like medium volume of customers. What I didnt like: when I drove up, it was pretty clear the people who take your order are salesmen. I was offered a $59 car wash, which he quickly took off $10 because he wanted to give me a deal. I was never taken through the different options available to me. The person simply sold me a high $ wash. I opted for their mid:range $30 wash. Lastly, when the car was ready, I walked up to it and there were several spots on the roof of the car. The spots werent nearly as pronounced as they were before the wash, but they were still visible and fairly large (2 inches across... thats a big spot). My expectation is that I shouldnt see any spots that large (if any) for $30. In the end, I wont be going back.

Well, The Finish Line Car Wash must be paying people to write reviews or they are writing them themselves. I just spent 2 hours doing what I payed them $114.95 to do today, Sunday, January 26, 2014. I payed to have 1 Detail Wax - $54.95, 1 Premium Wax - 25.00 and 1 Detail Dash and Doors - $35.00 Job. Last time I took my car to another place for a SIMPLE car wash and they charged me $19.00 + tax and they did a 100% better job than The Finish Line Car Wash did. I wish I had returned there. The Finish Line Car Wash didn`t even bother to dry the car to do the waxing, assuming they did the waxing. I found dryed up water spots all over my car, dirt smears all over, on the doors, windows, windshield, bumpers, etc., etc., etc. A 100% unsatisfactory job. I`m never taking my car there again and certainly, do not recommend them.

I sent my 17-year-old son to The Finish Line (his first time to take his car in by himself) and told him to be clear about what he wanted and not to agree to anything extra. He said asked for the cheapest wash and to have his mats cleaned and ended up with a bill for $99.90. If that wasnt bad enough (it takes him a long time to earn $100), when I called to ask about the codes on the receipt, I realized that not only had they sold my son services he didnt need, they hadnt even bothered to perform the services he paid for (for example, cleaning the carpets). I left a message for the general manager, and he never bothered to call back.
