Love love this place. Super convenient and quick to get through, especially with a membership. I drive a lot for work and have one of the cleanest cars. Membership is definitely the way to go. Multi car discount for family memberships is a great deal, go more than twice a month and youre ahead. I come weekly or more often. Yes you have to dry your car off after or the water/suds might still be on your car. You cant expect your car to be completely dry in a drive thru car wash. You will have to wipe it down. They provide towels but You know your going to wash your car and need one so bring one. Nice addition is the vacuum and blowers to get the water out/off of your grill and windows. Awesome place. Very pleased. When people ask me where I keep my car so clean and shiny Im happy to recommend. I brag on the place so much Daniel gave me a license plate holder.

Great place. Superb service. My car hasnt been washed in months and they let me go through twice to get really clean. The men also really scrubbed at my bumper to get all the gross things plastered on there. They definitely put in elbow grease! I have been to similar car washes with the similar prices but this one really shines in Customer service. I actually felt good about the service I paid for and who provided it. Definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

Expensive for a drive through car wash and self serve vacuum. Half the vacuum tubes have a hole so there isnt any suction. I dont think the rinse part provides a full rinse. Edit to reply: your "high quality products" work the exact same as any other car wash. It take multiple washes to get it really clean. Its also not my job to tell yoibwhen your equipment (vacuum hoses) dont work because of holes. Examine and maintain your own equipment.

These guys truly care about their customers! I was on the way home when a white paint bucket on the road splattered on my car. I right away went to this car wash so upset and the manager and Armando said dont worry we can help you. Armando then spent an hour helping scrape off the paint spots off my car. With out these guys I would of had to take my car to get a paint job. Thank you guys so for being great people and helping me!!

Their machines and people dont properly clean the car. I did the membership for a few months and washed often. A bird pooped on the top of my compact car and took it that evening to be washed. I got home and there was still poop mess on it. It took 5 times going through to clean it properly. The attendants at the start missed the white mess on the black paint each time. I finally cancelled out of shear frustration with the place.

This is a great car wash. My neighbor asked me where I get my truck detailed. For $20 you get an amazing wash and you can get a full second wash for free 72 hours after the first. The truck and tires always come out looking amazing. The vacuums are always open and work well. If your vehicle isnt completely cleaned they usually will let you go back through. Excellent customer service. Check it out!

I used to have a membership there, however, after a short time, I realized that their machines werent cleaning or rinsing properly. Theyre also supposed to open up at 8am......there have been several times when I stopped in around 815 and theyre closed. Not cool! I cancelled my membership. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, even someone that I dont like very much. I couldnt be that cruel.

Now that weve moved to a place with only outdoor parking, monthly subscription is the way to go. If we go once a week, were ahead of the game. The only thing Id like more is if they had staff to do a quick towel dry at the end like Palms Car Wash does. I dont mind tipping for that extra service. Car and wheels come out clean with minimal spotting even without a towel dry.

I took my Cadillac SRX through the wash twice and the wash both times left suds all over the back of my vehicle. The staff was nice and tried to assist but said the lip over my rear window causes it.. Ive been through multiple car washes and this is the only one thus far to leave soap residue. Due to quality and cost I wont be returning.

Ive been going here for 3 years and I love it, they really stand by there satisfaction guaranteed policy, I will sometimes go through and there still bird poop on my car, just let them know they let me go through again no problem. Sounds super cheesy but I never leave there not super happy about my clean car.

Ive just moved to Austin and tried Big Red today for the first time. Excellent experience, car looks great, and the best part is that they dont nickel & dime you for the vacuum. Vacuum cleaners and free towels all included with the price of the car wash. Ill definitely be a regular customer.

Great! They pre-scrubbed the bird poop off my hood before I went through the wash. Strong, powerful wash cycles. Free vacuums that actually clean your carpets and mats. Handy towel dispenser to dry or spot remove after. Great price options.

Offers free vacuum and there is a coupon for $3 off behind the four point H-E-B receipt. I would give 4 stars but there are vacuums that are out of order with no signs to warn the customers. Pain having to move the car to a new location.

We finally got a car wash in the area and it good for cars I guess but not if you own a truck... Didnt clean my f250 well at all.. had a meeting so i didnt have time to wait in line and go through a second time. wont be going back....

Ive been coming to this place for many years now. Cant say anything bad about Big Red Express Car Wash. Their prices are decent for the Austin area. It gets packed on weekends, so I recommend going early morning to beat the rush.

The staff is friendly when you need help. They offer free paper towels for customers, free vacuum, and have air hoses to blow out the water from the creases in your car. A great value for a drive through wash.

They close much earlier than advertised. My girlfriend cancelled our membership because of the this and the unfriendly customer service.You could tell that The "closed" barriers were up long before 6:30.
