I dropped my car off after purchasing the detail package and the seat shampooing package. Went shopping, came back expecting it to be done over an hour later. The kids doing the job, had misplaced the receipt (which we would all find out later after the sales guy re-printed my receipt). So they only did the detail. No shampooing. I walked up to them and told them exactly what I had purchased and exactly what I needed done. Pointing specifically to some stains in my seats that I needed shampooed. Well, after that discussion.. they shampooed the carpets by mistake. This is not what I purchased, or what I asked them to do. It was some sort of misunderstanding. So I again had to have a conversation with them, clarifying again that I needed my seats shampooed.. which was the whole reason that I was there. Instead of the management profusely apologizing for the fact that at this point multiple mistakes had been made, and I have the better part of my day trying to get what I payed for... this is what I got- The manager came in, and asked me in a very accusatory way why the kids are telling him that I "asked to have my carpets shampooed." As if I was trying to cheat them out of a free carpet shampoo job. The word carpet never came out of my mouth. It was the kids misunderstanding.. which wouldve been fine. Im a grown ass man with a career and a salary.. I have no desire to cheat a business out of a $40 carpet shampoo. But instead of apologizing, and them going out of their way to make things right.. I found myself arguing with management about what I purchased, against the word of some teenage kid that didnt want to own up to the fact he made a couple mistakes to his boss. Well, they went back to their machine, re-printed my receipt, and found out that the kids had misread or misplaced my receipt from the get go. All i know is that none of it was my fault. Finally, they send someone over to finish the shampooing of the seats. Nearly three hours later, Im able to leave after getting what I paid for. No apologies. No attempts at "making it right." No offers of refunds or coupons. No accountability by anyone involved for the ordeal I had just gone through. I never made a scene or was acting unruly.. just being adamant about what I purchased and what I asked for and being clear about the fact that I was upset that I even had to have this conversation. It was truly the most appalling and most unprofessional customer experience I have ever had to go through, and I will never return as a result, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I came to this place because it was highly regarded by a friend of mine. I will say that at the end of the day my car looked great, and that unfortunately there arent many other places equipped to do the sort of job that they can. The one star isnt because they cant get you a well detailed car. Its because they are rude and unprofessional individuals that do not have a care in the world for a customer thats having a problem (caused by their own ineptitude). Thats not how a business should be run, and I choose not to reward them for it by never going there again.

I usually get a manual car wash for my minivan but my car was quite dirty and I wanted to get something in between so I visited this place. So, you drive your vehicle in to drive train or sorts, where your wheels get "locked", you put your car in Neutral, take your foot of brakes and steering wheel and sit back and relax. So I did that and in the second "chamber", my minivan was completely surrounded by HUGE rotating brushes that surround your front and side mirrors..I assumed all along that my van was moving forward, but suddenly they stopped and I lowered my window to find that my van had slipped from the drive train and moved to the right slightly and actually hit something...I heard one of guys tell another, "this is the second time this is happening today!!!" ...So I reversed back into the drive train and parked outside to find a dent on my right side. I went to talk to the team operating this and they would not even look me in the eye. The technician Mike just told me it was operator fault...How can it be my fault when my foot is off the brake and my hands are off the steering wheel..I cannot even see anything with all the rollers, so even if I wanted to, I could not navigate...So they just gave me the managers number (John), who has not called me back after numerous calls. From the guilty faces of the people inside the chamber, its clear they have some issue with the rollers. Either mechanical or in the programming. They are trying to sweep it under the rug. Maybe it cannot handle weight of a minivan type of vehicle, I dont know. But the way the team is handling this is basically avoiding all responsibilities and they did not even refund me the $13 for the wash !!!! I am at this point exploring legal options. I would strongly advice people to only go to this place at your own risk. I saw many cars passing through fine, but if your luck is like mine and your car slides, these people will not assist you or take responsibility.

This place is kind of a mad joke. If you want to see 32 cars driving around wondering where the hell to go, all while dodging each other, this place is for you. The washes arent terribly expensive, and for cookie cuttings it does a decent job. Just keep in mind that full service actually just means youre going to pay more, not necessarily that theyre going to clean your car for you. Unless the guy helping me was just a moron and didnt do his job. The vacuums are kind of annoying too. If the person next to you is 89 year old with a 24ft SUV (lots of them) you may as well go elsewhere, because youre going to wait years for the vacuum. Anyway... This place is ok for a temporary wash, look elsewhere if you love you car tho.

Dont go to the Palms car wash on Brodie and William Cannon. Took my car through the drive thru and my passenger side mirror broke off. The extremely rude manager-cant remember his name, hes a heavier set Hispanic man-told me that they are not responsible for fixing my mirror because according to him, it had prior damage. He tried to tell me my mirror was glued on although it broke the plastic inner piece that BOLTS it to the car body. I called him back after I left to let him know that I have the used car report showing that my car has no prior damage and has never been in an accident, he continued to be very rude and hung up on me.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Went to this place today on 6/9/2013... had a HORRIBLE experience. First the drive through guy tries to sell the costliest car wash for no reason. After the drive through car wash , I was vacuuming my vehicle and noticed a LONG scratch on the body of my car below the left doors. The paint was gone. My car is a brand new corolla bought 3 weeks back and there was nothing until this morning. There were other black marks which after 10 minutes of cleaning went but the scratch on the car is still there. Went to the manager and he completely denied that it was caused by them. Please don’t go at this place.
