I wish that there was a zero star option. This place has gone down hill horribly recently. I used to love this place and how thorough they were. However, March 7, 2017 I received really poor service. I waited 15 minutes for someone to attend to me and there was no one in line. They did a bad job with my car and it was filthy when it came out (they skipped the whole part where they scrub it with a brush). I let this one go because I could tell that this guy was new and they had always done a good job previously for me. Today 4/3 I returned to the wash to give it another try (I just returned from a road trip). This morning I could tell that the guys did not want to be there. Again, they skipped the brushing the car part. My car came out filthy again. This time, since I knew that these guys werent new, I politely asked the guys why they did not give the normal process to my car and use the brushes and window scrubbers. The guy just said that my car wasnt dirty enough to warrant the brushes during the wash (mind you it was covered in the muck from traveling during all of these recent storms and was covered in bug remains). When they were done with my tires I stepped out and took a look and there were still bugs all over the hood, windshield, and road dust and mud all down the sides. I asked if my car could be rerun because my car was filthy still. He made a face and asked me where the problem was and I showed him all of the leftover dirt and bug remains. He then took a towel to just one of the bug splats and said "we good?" All of this being said I always get the same wash the $16 with the tires, wash, and brush and I always tip the 20% (which you pay and tip prior to the wash). They have always used the brushes and window scrubbers with every wash I have bought, every month for the last 2 1/2 years (except these last two very poor interactions). I am very disappointed with Patriot car wash these days and am now out $38.42 for the last two washes and tip costs and I still have a filthy car. I have tried to contact the owner/ manager and there seems to be no way to do this via phone or their website (I would love a refund for the monies that I am out). Be weary of this place they do a poor job, now. I have learned my lesson. . I hope that no one else falls for this. What a shame, I like to keep my business with local companies.
