I would not recommend this car care center to anyone. My car was damaged along right side, hood and windshield as it had multiple scratches and the windshield was cracked after the super wash. The manager failed to take responsibility for the damages and agreed to "throw some clay on it and seal it" after I refused to take no for an answer but said he could not agree to any repairs beyond that as it was beyond his position and he referred me to the area manager. I asked to talk to the area manager as the clay solution could not fix all the scratches or fix the windshield and the area manager took the managers call but while I was in the office was "unavailable due to being in a meeting" which I find hard to believe since he took the managers call in front of me while I was in the office. Further more, the interior of my car had quite a bit of overspray along the dash and center console that was not wiped down. Very poor wash. I know it was only $35 but as a professional business you should conduct your business professionally. If you damage someones property do the right thing and at least try to make it right because that $35 wash is going to cost me a lot more than I bargained for. I understand things happen but you should have a process and procedure in place to handle such matters. The manager was apologetic after I calmly expressed being disappointed in regards to how the entire situation was handled but the lack of sincerity was truly embarrassing and what good is Im sorry when Im going home with a damaged car? Its just not right. Refusing to make it right and refusing to talk to your customers is no way to handle business. I guess being family owned and operated means you can do whatever you want.

I feel this place is steadily going downhill. Its obvious that most of the staff consists of college students trying to make a buck. Sadly, too many are there to make a buck, not a difference. Each time I have to ask for bugs or obvious dirt to be removed from my vehicle. This is after paying $25 for a basic wash with tire dressing. Yes, expensive! But this past Sunday was ridiculous and has resulted in me choosing not to return. Just after 10:00, I watched the youngsters casually finish my vehicle. When the young man called my vehicle out, I stood there for a minute, hoping to see him notice the tires werent dressed up. I asked if he was going to do them. "The light came on"... As I got closer, I noticed the bugs on the front, pointing them out to another young man that was idly standing by. When I looked in the drivers door, I lost my patience. The door panels were all filthy, including the door molding near the seat. I asked why it wasnt wiped down and he said that was supposed to be done by the vacuuming crew. I walked back to talk with the supervisor at the vacuuming station and he told me that wasnt the case. He got Joe, the other supervisor, and he assured me it would be addressed. When I handed the young man my ticket to get my keys, he looked bewildered that no tip was included. Is this what our society has truly become, so expectant of accolades and praise with a half-rate job? One of my first jobs was detailing cars in a small town. Not a machine to help, but a complete hand wash detailing. I was taught the meaning of earning my money. Too many young adults simply dont have the same level of pride and professionalism.

I was a regular customer at this Wash Tub for sometime. But one day they locked my car doors and left my keys in the center console after they washed my car and they got locked inside my car when they asked me to inspect the outside of my car. They wouldnt get my keys out and made me pay $60 for a lock smith after they asked me "Does your car lock itself?" They didnt refund me for my wash or compensate me even though the two responsible for washing my car locked my doors and failed to communicate where my keys were. The manager afraid of getting corporate involved, offered me a free wash and detail for the trouble but didnt give me a coupon or anything to redeem. Instead he merely asked me to go to that specific Wash Tub and ask for him when I moved at the end of the month. I dont think that was enough and feel cheated by this place, its poor management and handling of this situation. My car doesnt lock itself and if your not going to have a plan of action when things like this happen its really bad for business. This was a very bad experience and I doubt Ill ever be going back to the wash tub. Especially this one.

I felt like i was cheated. I went there a told the guy I needed the inside of my car cleaned out and my seat were really dirty. I also mentioned that my Windows were left down in the pouring rain 2 days ago. He told me the price, which was high and i just took his word for it. Well turns out i paid an extra 50$ for ridodor which i did not ask for. I got my car back and at first glance it looked much better. Well I got home and started to notice all the dirt spot all over my seats! There was still crud under my seats and they didnt touch the inside of my centet counsel. This was all in the description of what I paid for. Not to mention the bird poop still sitting on the back of my car! Seriously i couldve done a better job. P.s. Ive never written a review before. Just goes to what kind of experience I had here. I just mustered up the courage to call them. I dont like confrontation. The manager was apologetic and offered me to come back in to fix the car. So thats a plus. I guess if you do decide to go here make sure to know what your getting a check that it was done before leaving

Had a club membership for a month. They always miss something on the club wash. Spots, smeared windshield, suction cup mark that lasted through three cleanings, dirty rag left in the car, etc... They know they have your money and they just get you in and out, quickly, hoping you wont see any issues until you leave. If Im going to pay that much a month, they had better do it perfect, every time. Its the most basic thing they do, and they cant do it correctly. The management was struck speechless when i asked him why I should ever come there again, and they charged me for a second month after I cancelled. It only took two visits and two weeks to get a response from corporate.

So Ive given these guys 5 chances since it changed from Conleys (Which I never had any major problems with) and they unequivocally get an F for service, quality, and customer service. I always have to point out things they missed, and were not talking about a small thing here or there, but stuff like, "Hey you forgot to vacuum one whole side of the car" or "the windows are completely smeared and filthy." These guys are horrible. Youre better off giving cheerleaders in a parking lot 5 bucks to slime your windows with a towel; at least you can feel good that they get new bleachers or whatever theyre fundraising for.
