I, too, wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. Since the company changed ownership, they decided to do away with the towels at the vacuum stations which are necessary to keep spots from forming over the entirety of your vehicle. Other car washes I have been to have at least two things that this place needs; one, they could use a large mirror above their entrance bay so that you can see where your tires are in relation to the track. I personally dont have a problen getting onto the tracks myself, however I see many people who do and the fix is easy. Secondly, after doing away with the towels at the vacuum stations, they should have implemented another system Ive seen at similar car washes where two men stand on either side of your vehicle as it exits the car wash and use air nozzles and towels to dry off your windows and mirrors, keeping them from spotting. So, if you dont mind spending $15 on a car wash only to have your vehicle covered with spots after it dries, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would advise you to stay away.

Theyre now zips car wash and theyve switched chemicals to wash your vehicle and the wash has left a white film dried over my vehicle that cant be washed off and once contacted the upper management their response is we understand if you dont want to continue service with us and wish you better luck somewhere else.... but theyre not going to help remove the film their wash left on my vehicle... Id give 0 stars if it was possible.. I highly recommend not going to this wash because they dont care about their customers or their customers cars...... dont say all these 1 star reviews didnt warn you... their last comment to me was zips is here to stay.... I hope they fail miserably and go bankrupt with that type of concern for their customers... theyll be hearing my my attorney very soon since they couldnt handle the issue with me directly

Currently using there monthly membership for the second to highest option (dont need the wax every time). Subtracting 1 star for the issues with breakdowns. They have continuously had issues with brushes not spinning, and I have noticed on some occasions, the pressure for the liquid hasnt been great so some parts of the car dont get the soap and wax. Otherwise, it a great value, similar to the price of gas station car washes, and you can go unlimited times with the monthly pass! Update: they have changed ownership for the third time (now zips car wash). They have removed the free towels and glass cleaner. They also stopped doing a pre wash, but they were nice enough to leave the buckets and brushes if you want to do it yourself. *taking 2 stars down, will repost if it gets better

It may not be the best quality car wash, but it is $15 a month for the basic wash with higher tier washes or you have the option to pay per wash. With the monthly subscription you can go for a wash once a day if you want which is really amazing. Plus they have complimentary vacuums that you can use after your wash. They also provide towels and window cleaner at the vacuum station. They have two other locations besides Seguin. There is one in New Braunfels and one in San Antonio. If you like keeping your car clean and like the freedom to do it as often or as little as you want for a low price then I highly recommend this car wash.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but I had to put one unfortunately. I do not recommend going here. It has gone down hill completely. Its now zips. After the change they decided to go the cheap route changing their cleaning chemicals, getting rid of towels & spray etc. Their chemicals have ruined my car you can see the splash stains/spots in it. Its so hard to get off. My car has never looked like this. Once bringing it to their attention Their manager and staff is full of crap coming up with ridiculous excuses. I cannot believe a buisness would even take care of issues the way they have.

Just got bought out. I have a membership here and was just notified they got bought out and even changed the company name. I didnt notice until I received my bank statement. Talk about law suit. I did not give the new company permission to my debit card. If they change management/ names. Customers should have been notified. They no longer scrub your car and or provide towels to dry your car. Very disappointed. I tried to cancel my membership and all they say is I dont know how to do it. If your going to take away incentives to your company at least decrease your prices.

Horrible horrible car wash!! Paid $15 for the tire and wheels package-went through and still had bugs on the windshield. Upon vacuuming, they had no suction power and upon talking to the kid working, he offered no refund that one of the vac motors had gone out. Did not notice my tires and wheels until I got home, but the driver side was shiny and the passenger was dull and dirty looking. If we had known the issues prior to the wash, we would not have paid $15 for the $3 wash we received. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH with any expectations of a clean car!!

They were pretty good. A good wash for a good price and the facilities to vacuum out your car and polish any stray spots left behind, but now, apparently, theys been bought out my another company and the pre soak is gone, so mu car just came out dirty, smeared, and wet, and they want to push cars through as quickly as possible, so its literally bumper to bumper in the wash. When that light goes green, go, or youre getting rear ended.

First time visiting and the worker did not tell me i needed to put my vehicle in neutral. Other than that, my car looked amazing after the wash. Do like that they have free vacuums and window cleaner!

New owner as of April 2017. No towels to use anymore. Vacuum does not "suck" and only gets my car a little clean. Not sure it is worth the 5 anymore. Super sad about the owner which.

Under new ownership. They will no longer pre scrub the front of your ride. AND no more towels and windex. Also there are less vacuum hoses now. Never going back

This used to be a decent Car Wash but now they wont even scrub the front bumper before you go through it and they took away the towels and the glass cleaner
