I have been going to the location on Perrin Beitel, does a great job even on the $5 wash. I went there Friday (07/03/15), two vacuum hoses disconnected laying on the ground, trash scattered all over the area, and trash cans running over. I had to wait to get to a vacuum station. When I drove to the pay machine, I advised the man there at this rate I would not be coming back. I vented about the trash and the vacuum hoses. He laughed it off and said they were going to get it fixed later. As far as the wash goes, it did a great job. This is the second time I complained about the disarray of the vacuum area though.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and I have had my car damaged several times. I continued to go back because the old manager was friendly and always tried to fix what the wash broke (license plate) But today I went in and the new manager was extremely rude and said they didnt honor anything thats on their receipts. He then told me my $40 buff and wax was not good because they didnt put a date on it and those are the old ones even though the receipt was stapled to it saying I purchased it last month. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!

The manager Gabriel Iglesias is a rude and lazy piece of s*** Dont waste your time with this place or their people, trust me. Customer service begins with the customer. The attendants seem friendly enough but, as far I am concerned their manager needs to go back to training 101. Thx for wasting your time to read this and not wasting your time, patience, and gas just for a sub-par experience.

SUV was scratched on hood and near the rear. I know what my suv look like before going through the wash. When confronted the employees were rude and didnt even look at the vechilce completely. They said there was no way that the washer could make scratches. Would not recommend you take a SUV through the wash on Culebra. Tried calling there main office (PB) no answer.

I usually just use the free vacuums but now that I have a brand new car I brought it in for a detail. Im watching the guy and he doing an amazing job!! Taking his time and making sure he doesnt miss anything! Now thats the service I was looking for and will be back at least once a month because of him!!

Its a great place to wash your car because they partnered with HEB and give you a really good coupon. No reason why your car shouldnt be clean. Go car wash

I buy the $10 wash and it does a great job on my mini van. The wheel wash does a great job on my rims. Van was clean top to bottom.
