Good premise, but they are missing some things by a long shot. Here are some constructive ideas that they dont even have to pay me for... 1. When a vehicle enters the wash queue, there is an attendant who pre-rinses vehicles with a soft brush affixed to heavy WOODEN stick. The attendant proceeded to bang the **** out of my vehicle while "pre-rinsing" it. This almost turned into a Ray Rice elevator ride. The constructive part of this comment is to tell the business that many of your competitors dont do this. Instead they have an attendant armed with a pressure washer at the front of the queue that does an effective (touch free) job of pre-rinsing. 2. Upselling is important, but I dont need a sermon at the car wash. When I elect to have the interior cleaned, just ask if I want the add-ons, then get to work. I tip folks based on performance and timely service. 3. When I leave the wash queue, please have one or two attendants that dry EVERY vehicle that leaves the wash. Have one line for exterior only vehicles to exit and another for folks that are getting interior service. Who would ever wash their car and not dry it? This seems fundamental to me. 4. Think of the massive increase in subscribers if you offered not only an exterior wash plan, but an interior plan as well. Think about it. I would pay for it, but I likely wouldnt utilize the interior service nearly as often as the exterior simply because Im in a hurry, but you still get paid. Everybody needs a clean whip. Yall need to get right.

I brought my Pontiac Gto here and paid for the most expensive wash that they offer, including the interior. With a tip, it cost me about $43. The car went through the wash and removed MOST of the dirt. I assumed they would have either sent it through a second time, or removed it by hand. I was wrong on both counts. After the attendant told me my car was ready I was astonished by what was still left on the car. I pointed out portions that looked as if they hadnt been touched, the hood, trunk lid and spoiler, as well as some bird excrement that was still left on the vehicle. After having worked on it for another ten minutes I was still unhappy with the money Id spent. I am aware that this is not a detail, but it is a $43 dollar car wash. Id expect someone to have at least wiped the side mirrors. Which also didnt happen. The wheels appeared to be rubbed with some sort of paper towel once. And the seats didnt appear to have been touched at all. See the attached photos. As far as the seat goes, I took a wet paper towel and removed the debris easily, and put my own leather conditioner on them because none had been applied which was supposed to be part of the wash. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for a good wash for your money. Again, I have posted photos from immediately after I had the wash done.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for 10am a week prior to have some detailing done on my truck. I figured it was close to the house and it seemed reasonable. When I got there today to drop off the truck, the manager claimed not to do any car detailing like advertised on their website. He also claimed to have no appointment for me as well. So, I drive out of sight and called auto spa. I ask if they do detailing on vehicles like advertised. The manager said yes and asked what I would like to have done. I then reveal to the manager that I was the guy that just left that he told they do not do auto detailing that this place is a car wash only spot. The manager then began to claim he didnt recall anyone one having an appointment for today and was nervous to tell me. So this manager that worked on 1/30/16 at 10am turned away business, has no integrity and by the looks of the way he was running things has no clue on what he is doing. I WOULD NOT EVER BRING MY VEHICLE THERE. THAT "CAR WASH" SHOP IS SHADY AND DISHONEST

Every time I take my car there and get it washed I always tell the person whos working to please make sure they get the bug guts off and get it clean they respond ALWAYS WITH "I got you dont worry" after my wash, I pull up to dry it and God strike me dead if Im lying, it looks like it was never washed. U still have the bug guts on the front and on mirrors and dirt scattered around the doors and on the back with a few new scratches. I always complain and the manager usually lets me take it in for a second run but theres this one girl there that says," they car wash isnt gonna get everything off the car" seriously??? Wtf is the point of washing it if its still gonna be dirty?? Problem is they put these young teenagers there to wash the cars and we know how lazy teens are these days. If its not a video game its just not worth it... CLEAN CARS PROPERLY PPL

We bought a two car wash deal the first one was $30 and then we got a $10 off of the second one.He paid $50! After weeks of rain, my husband finally took his truck in. He was told that the other wash had expired and was good for only two months from the original date. It had expired on June 12 and it was the 18th. He had no idea there was an expiration date. He assumed that if you paid for it, it would be good. They finally let him drive through for the outside, however they did not get it clean. They were rude and unwilling to honor the second car wash that he had paid $20 for. We have 5 cars and have used them MANY times. Mark always tips good because his truck gets really dirty. We will not be going there again! They lost our business! We will be spreading the word that they are not willing to work with their customers!

This was my 3rd time at this Kyle car wash. Each time I paid $25 for the wash and interior cleaning. First time was ok. Second time was a little less than ok and the third time will be the last time I ever go here. Among many issues with the cleaning all I will say is they didnt even bother to vacuum my seats. How do I know? I watched them clean my car, they took the mats out shook them and put them back in. My back seat had some dog hair in it when they tried to tell me my car was ready. Uh. No. I asked them to vaccuum my floors and seats and they finally did. Then I got out of there, got home and finished cleaning my car myself. Save your money. Wash your car elsewhere.

New management is horrible I work for a limo company and take my work and personal car here and never again will I go back untill theres new management.I used 2 colored towels that were in the dirty bin and the manager said something to me about it.I understand if they were clean but they were dirty I used it to clean my car because the white towels that they provide for people leave residue on my car so I use the color ones instead they work much better mind you Im a person that they see everyday. The old management was a lot better with people and would talk to you and even offer help but not anymore under there new manager
