Burdicks isnt the cheapest option for a given repair, but what I so very much value from them is that they are very honest, trustworthy, they over-communicate (in a good way) and I never have any surprises with them. In fact, they give me ample warning on what I should have coming up in the next visit so I can properly prepare my budget and my time. So while it may cost be more for any given service, at least I know its money well spent, that theyre not up-selling me, nor do they perform any unnecessary maintenance. In the end I feel like Im saving more money over the long haul and my cars have been running great. Plus they regularly go above and beyond. In short, they treat you like a good friend. I highly recommend Burdicks. Its worth the drive!

This place is amazing!!! I wasnt sure if I wanted to replace something and Earl spent a LONG time explaining how to monitor it, what to do when it did run low, and how to fix it. He made sure I felt comfortable handling it and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated the honestly (could have just told me to replace now) and time he spent teaching me till I was comfortable. This was not the first time I have had great customer service here. They are consistently awesome. They dont recommend every little thing, so when they do say they recommend something, I believe them.

made appointment on line --upon recommendation from a friend. received a reply within hours that my time was secured. went in expecting to wait--but my car was put in a bay as scheduled--and I was given a report within 30 min. that the problem had two solutions--order a part and come back - or allow a repair (knowing that if it didnt fix the problem-I could call to order the part and come in to have it installed quickly). Im still up and running! Appreciate the personal courtesy as well as professional attention paid to my vehicle. Thank you, Burdicks.

They know cars! I cant say the same for myself. For years I have taken my car to the shop, waited for the diagnosis, and then called my brother to be sure that what the shop is recommending is what he thinks it needs. Not with Burdick Auto Solutions! I feel totally comfortable taking the word of the shop because they never try to over sell me and they stand by their work. They have a loyal customer for life. And check out their new waiting room. Very comfortable! Not that you will have to do a lot of waiting. :)

As a consumer, I scroll through reviews on-line when I look to purchase items as Im sure most of you do. I typically look at the negative reviews and positive reviews, and then quickly ascertain what is "real" and what is not. Bottom line for Burdick Auto Solutions is that I would highly recommend them for your care care too! Why? Because they are honest and treat their customers as though their business depends on it. The service and price here is a great bargain. I had an engine light on and was really dreading going t the Nissan dealership. Dealing with the service department at Nissan has become as bad as dealing with the sales department. I only say that to illustrate how refreshing it was at Burdich to get the car fixed quickly and at a fair price. I already have recommended them to my family and friends.

I just cant say enough about these guys, but I will try. I created this Google+ account just so I could write this review and tell you just how GREAT these guys have been to me. If you are not taking your vehicle here, you are taking it to the wrong place. I even have them do my vehicles warranty work and file the appropriate paperwork with the OEM for reimbursement!

Burdick Auto Solutions is very fair with their prices and have excellent customer service. Added - Still happy with Burdicks service. I recommended a buddy who had received a quote from another local shop that we both felt was WAY too high. Earl is our only mechanic! He never overcharges, always does an excellent job and never tries to sell us anything we do not need. We trust him completely. One of their employees about ran me off the highway today. It was malicious... He saw I needed to merge and slammed on the accellerator. Thats real safe buddy, especially when youre towing another pickup. Next time you want to be a jerk on the road, maybe do it in a vehicle thats not advertising a business.

I love how transparent they are. I told them that my car is old and doesnt cost very much, so their mechanics will only recommend repairs that are really necessary to keep it running. I dont ever feel like they are trying to up-sale me. They just do a solid job of keeping that puppy humming.
