We used to use Integrity exclusively, but Im afraid to say they no longer have much integrity. The last straw was when I brought my wifes truck in to have the window motor replaced. I paid and went out to the car to drive it home. Part of the door panel was broken and just hanging from the door and the entire drivers compartment was filthy and oil stained. As I got out of the truck I noticed the back passenger tire was flat. I went in and complained about broken door panel and they said they would order me another one. The mechanic went and cleaned the mess he left in my wifes truck then I noticed the mechanic is over there whispering to Josh. They gabbed the keys and were gone for quite a while. They told me the truck was ready. I assumed all the time they took was spent fixing the flat tire. But all they did was air the tire up and hope that I didnt notice. Well of course the next morning I was greeted with a flat tire. Then getting the parts replacement was a pain. Every time I called up there they were clueless. When the part finally came in they just handed it to me for me to put in. Great, what did I pay for again?

Josh and his team run a top notch, honest shop. Im no stranger to the mechanics world having grown up in the sports car racing scene, previously an aircraft mechanic (A&P for those who know what I mean), and spent over a decade in industrial design and automation. All to say that, most of the time, I have no problem calling bull crap when I see it. I also know an honest shop when I walk into it. Integrity Automotive is definitely the latter. Ive only had one of my cars in, for A/C repair, and their performance was terrific. My A/C was in top shape within a day of calling in and at a very competitive price. Since then Ive called twice for tips and advice. Both times they were happy to share a few words of wisdom which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars without earning them a dime! Ill definitely be going back for repairs I cant handle myself, happy to give them my money!

Terrible service. I called in the afternoon to ask if we could bring our car in when my husband got off work to have a leak looked at. Josh told me I could bring it that afternoon, and that it would take him 10 min. to figure out what the problem was and we could have it fixed tonight if it wasnt a complicated fix. My husband took off work early to take the car, drove 20 min. to the shop, only to be told that they couldnt get to the car and that they he needed to bring it back on Monday (today is Friday). So frustrating, as we need to be able to drive our car tomorrow, and needed it fixed tonight. Thought we had found a great place, turns out, they lied to get us to come there, and turned us away.

Recommended here by both a neighbor and the Facebook group "Mckinney Cares" for honest and reliable, professional service. My 05 Chr T&C Lim needed a relplacement shift solenoid pack, following a stall while driving and then a "limp mode" home. Then, after a shoddy self-installation and an improper seal that gushed tranny fluid in my parking lot, it started slipping from neutral to gear (either reverse or drive). So, I called an expert. Had it towed and repaired in less than two days and for only $140, diagnose and repair. (bought the replacement pack ahead of time on Amazon for ~$100). Will recommend and consult for further issues.

This is the only shop I use, and the only shop I recommend. Ive used them for several years on a variety of different vehicles. Josh is a great guy, and there is never a problem with the work. Josh will also give you an honest opinion on a vehicle as it becomes less reliable. I like a guy that is honest enough to say, "Yes we can fix it, heres what it will cost, here is what else is likely to go wrong with this vehicle later." Sometimes, replacing a vehicle is more cost effective and it is nice to have a shop that will help you in that decision making process.

Great place! As long as I live reasonably close, I will never use another. Can be pricy at times, but they will work with you! This is a case of "getting what you paid for" Instead of mechanics usually being very vague, these guys will answer questions for hours, and have enough staff, to where it doesnt take away from them actually fixing cars.

Integrity Auto is the only people I will let touch my Caddy! Saved up several things for them to work on for me and they did solid work at a reasonable price. Could not ask for more. Very good with my Caddys electrical system----they fixed one component for $400 that Crest quoted me 3k to fix----nuff said!
