Lifetime customer cannot recommend this place any longer with the dangerously shoddy job of Umberto. If you want to feel confident in the work done on your car, do not get your car serviced here. Their mechanic Umberto could single handedly bring this otherwise great place down, except that they do not hold him accountable. My story: Went to have tires rotated. The studs broke, which is fine and it happens, but the mechanic never said a word, just returned the car like normal, and didnt even put all the lug nuts back on and let me pay and drive off thinking everything was great. It was dark, I didnt check to see whether all the lug nuts were on (should I even be worrying about that when I just had it serviced?) Drove it to work on the highway the next day, the car started shaking very badly, and was scarily unstable, I looked at it and saw lug nuts were missing. Went back to the shop the next morning to tell them what happened and was looking forward to a fair resolution since they always seemed to be good to work with. They brought out Umberto who came out for about half a minute, he didnt even look like he understood what was being said to him, didnt stick around to listen, and didnt even come up to the car, just stood a ways off and flatly denied everything and went back into the garage (probably too busy destroying someone elses car) and that was good enough for them...seriously?? The guy who calls himself "Star" is the one who said there was absolutely nothing else he could do. He wanted to keep defending Umberto and I even told him I had no beef with them, I always bring my car here for service and have bought tires and everything. I had intended to keep having work done here despite this thing but couldnt do so after the way they handled this problem. Star told me he never had anyone complain about Umberto but you can see from the other reviews here thats not true. I paid a lot of money elsewhere to fix the problem. Rotating tires is not a complex job (they ARE a tire place after all) and this whole issue would have been easy to resolve. To add insult to injury Star asked me why I had black greasy fingerprints all over the car (good old Umberto again). I had already decided not to make a big deal of it and didnt know whether to laugh or what when he asked me about it as if I were bringing in some dirty poorly maintained vehicle in for the first time or something. The whole thing was like something off of Seinfeld. Cannot recommend this place any longer though it used to be my go-to place. 2 stars for how it used to be.

I could not disagree with Abo Bakr Altawila. They have sweet talks not fixing cars. The mexican mechanic guy will mess up your car instead of fixing it. It will cost you more to repair later. Be ware of their false honesty, the low price for inspection, changing tires lure you to other services that they are not professional. I believe that the employees there not having any training for fixing your car. I have to bring my car to another shop to repair. I dont want you to be the next victim of this car repair shop. They can only do changing tire and wheels.

I love this tire shop so much.please go to this tire shop the boss is so nice and the workers are freindly.my top 2 tire shops I go to now is this one and another one is called plano discount tire shop I think and its on k avenue.there workers are also duper nice to.i seriously only recommend these two.go to these two tire shops only.i promise you,you will save tons of more money if u go to these two tire shops only though.i love them...!!!!!

My car broke down and I was so over whelmed with all the problems I was having but, by the blessing of god I came to this tire shop and they were so reasonable and nice they fixed my car in perfect shape I would 100% recommend going to this tire shop, BEST SERVICE EVER! The prices were incredibly low and they were very reasonable ,defiantly returning.

I love the "bosses" staying behind the counter. They have good cheerful attitude and won my business for all of our state safety inspection needs. At one time, the obd computer was out of service and the boss replaced the fuse and still call it even. Free wifi in the waiting area. Will be back for more tires and inspections.

I love this place! Haval is the absolute best without a doubt! All their prices are fair and theyre completely honest. I go here and only here for my oil changes and any other work. Everyone who works here is an absolute sweetheart and youd be really dumb not to take your business here.

These guys are the best.... Kwik Kar said that my Toyota camry engine needs to be replaced and I need to pay 3500$. These guys have fixed the problem for 750$ . I did not wanted to spend 3500$ for 2005 camry ( value of 4000$). I would recommend this place to everyone

Would not recommend. Once car is in the bay for work, price magically doubles and triples. One employee does not honor same quote from the other, even if you present written estimate. Let you leave without lug nuts or parts on car. Then say it was not them.

They gave me the wrong size tires. All 4 of the tires were supposed to be new but after a month one of the tires keep going on a flat. Crack my taillight panel while putting in a light. Im very disappointed with their service.

The "Customer Service" in your shop is Non-Existent. Your representatives are discourteous, unrefined and arrogant. I brought a vehicle in to be inspected and was treated with contempt and disregard.

These guys are honest and fair. They charge reasonable prices for oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections (cheapest I have found), etc. I reccomend them for any of these basic automotive services.
