We had some issues viruses and werent able to address them ourselves. The owner was very helpful and was very patient with my questions (and all my follow-up questions!). Im very selective with whom I trust for computer repairs and we felt very comfortable with Icon and never did feel like we were being "taken for a ride" or that someone was trying to rope us into unnecessary extras -- which, I admit, Im very wary of with repairs. His prices were much, much better than I would expect to find at certain chains and our overall experience was such that I would definitely go to Icon with my computer issues before I went anywhere else.

Nice, friendly owner. Fixed my computer for a decent price. This is your best bet as opposed to Best Buy, Frys, and some of the others.
