Brian did a fantastic job upgrading both, the network hardware and software at our medical practice. The hardware upgrade was amazingly smooth and took only a weekend to execute, thanks to Brians extensive knowledge and experience in computers and his pre-work. Almost immediately after the hardware upgrade, our electronic medical records software company recommended we upgrade the software as well. Based on their suggestion that the upgrade was going to be a fairly complicated one, we first hired an IT company they recommended, to execute the upgrade. Within a week it became clear that even they were in over their heads on this upgrade. We quickly terminated their services and requested Brian to help us again on the software upgrade. Not only did Brian do a great job with the upgrade but in that process he also saved us a ton of money by suggesting and installing alternative router solutions to the much more expensive ones recommended by the EMR company for implementing vpn. Brians computer skills are really top notch and this shows the moment you begin interacting with him. Its a great feeling knowing we have someone like Brian to rely on for any of our computer issues in the future.

We reached out to Brian and he was able to take my computer in within the next hour, and had it cleaned up, virus free, updated and ready to roll 3 hours later! Oh, also..during the 3 hours he was fixing my computer I returned to my office only to over hear another agent upset with Windows 8. I recommended Brian, and the agent called him immediately. I was referred to Allen Geeks a couple of years ago by a friend. Thank you Bob! I quickly discovered that Brian is extremely knowledgeable about computer systems, honest, efficient and extremely affordable. As a family of four with two (2) college students, we have three laptops and a desktop. Brian has repaired and/or upgraded all four (4) of them; including adding memory and remote computer repairs. If you need a guy for computer repairs, Brian from Allen Geeks should be your guy! My most recent computer problem was resolved over the phone with a couple of simple instructions from Brian and it was free of charge.

Allen Geeks is fantastic! This is the third time theyve saved me from a complete Microsoft Failure. After trying and trying with Microsofts Help line, and not getting a resolution, you can imagine how wonderful this feel when he knows whats wrong after just a moment and fixes it in less than a half hour. Highly recommending Mr Lewis here for he knows how to get stuff fixed and does not cost too much at all! When I needed work done on my laptop, my hinge was totaled, Mr Lewis was very kind! He fixed it all within a week and even loaded up programs I needed on my laptop ^_^ Love this guy for he is kind, Spot on, patient, and really cool to work with!

Brian is great! I have 3 separate computers at my store and he upgraded me from Windows XP in a few hours and made sure all my custom software worked perfectly. Now I can remote log in and everything else, really convenient. He is a great resource for technical advise and he has helped me get inexpensive laptops, too. Highly recommend him!

Excellent work at a fair price. Repaired a machine that I would otherwise have had to scrap and fixed a power connector on a machine just out of warranty, saving the headaches of having to send it back to manufacturer and having to pay through the nose for the repair.
