With 10 days left before my bar exam, my computer screen started flashing the dreaded "question mark folder." This has happened before, so before panic set in, my fiance and I began to do the usual tricks -- powering down, pressing COMMAND + R, taking the battery out, etc. Nothing worked. I began a full-fledged panic attack and started looking for reputable Apple computer repair services. DME Computer Repair Services popped up and had great reviews. The next morning, at 9:30, my fiance and I hopped in o the car and started for DME Computer Repair Services. The location took us to a residential area, so we called Dario, who was more than willing to accommodate our immediate need for assistance, despite the fact that it was a Sunday AND Valentines Day. He assured us that his location is a residential area, and told us to drop off the computer in 15 minutes. We went out to lunch and, at 11:00, Dario called to say he was able to reboot my computer and would transfer the files I needed to a hard drive at 2:00 that afternoon. I went to his home with my hard drive in hand and we attempted to reboot my computer. It didnt work. "No worries," Dario explained. He was concerned that this would happen and had already backed up my information to his PERSONAL hard drive to help me out. What a relief. If he hadnt done that, I fear I would have lost everything. Words cannot explain the relief I felt. Dario was convenient, professional, fast, and affordable. I seriously cant praise him enough. Thank you, Dario! Youve earned yourself a lifetime client!

I recently fell for a scam where the people stated my computer had a virus and pretended to be Microsoft, gained access to my computer, and tried getting money. I know you get what you pay for so in a moment of panic, I googled computer services in the Omaha area and ran across DME Computer. He had close to 50 reviews with a 5 star rating so I thought it would be my best bet and was ready to dish out a ton of money to get great service. He took my computer same day and was going to have it back to me the next day (which is amazing.) He ended up having to keep it an extra day (which is still far less time than I expected) and even offered to bring it to me so I wouldnt have to drive back out to get it, while throwing in some extras for me for having to keep it an extra day. He was extremely professional the entire time. He explained in full detail everything he was doing, told me things I did and did not need (even though things I did not need were things he could have made money off of Im sure, but was still honest about not needing them), and exceeded my expectations. To top it all off, I expected to pay almost 3 times what I was charged. His prices cant be beat. Choosing him was one of the best decisions and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know. He also checked in a few days after getting it back to make sure everything was working great (which it is!)

Dario is extremely professional and really knows what hes doing! After I installed an extra 16 GB of RAM on my gaming/work rig (I know, mixing and matching RAM can cause problems, but these were the same manufacturer and model as the originals to minimize the risk), it started on an infinite power cycle and BSOD parade. I didnt want any of my data to get corrupted, so I decided to take it to a pro. I am GLAD I did! It turned out that the RAM sticks I bought were defective, and that I needed a fresh Windows install and drivers to fix the corruption caused by their malfunction. I never couldve figured that out by myself, and I consider myself to be a techie. Not only did Dario find and solve the issue, but he also installed an extra 250 GB SSD for my boot drive in addition to my original one. Which is pretty awesome! Now, I just need to get some higher quality RAM to upgrade it further! P.S. On a related note, DO NOT buy "Crucial Ballistix" DDR3-1600 CAS 9 RAM sticks! The two 8GB ones that I got were garbage, and the only reason my computer was temporarily bricked.

DME has definitely earned five stars. I had a 2010 Sony Vaio VPCEA290X Core i5 8GB laptop that had a blown fan. After six faithful years of service, I was faced with scrapping my otherwise noble workhorse! I searched, called, and decided to give DME a shot. Within 24 hours, DME breathed new life into the machine! DME not only replaced the fan, but also soundly recommended a SSD to speed performance, and although I wasnt able to upgrade the RAM, DMEs diagnostics helped me eliminate true bloatware in complement to the SSD. My machine is back to silent operation, doesnt overheat, and can handle the entire MS Office Suite as well as various statistical programs without skipping a beat. DMEs earnest service, quick turnaround and fair pricing has now made him my personal PC (and in the future, Mac) consultant.DME told me what had to be done, and never pushed options, they simply recommended what could and could not be done with my old hardware. TOTALLY PLEASED. Thank you, DME!

Dario was great! Very reasonable! Very easy to work with! Very professional and very good at what he does. I would recommend him over any of the large retailers including Apple Store. Call him first! I had a small amount of liquid splash onto my relatively new MacBook Pro Retina keyboard, which caused the computer to short out and turn off. It would not come back on and I figured it was DONE. I called Dario on a weekend and he called me back almost immediately. We set up a time to drop it off. He kept me informed the entire time that he had my computer. He sent pics the same day to show me the parts that were shorted out. I still thought it was prob done at that point, but he said he wanted to keep working on it. Long story short, he took the extra time to fix my computer without replacing everything inside, at a very reasonable cost and I am happy to report that I am typing this review from the computer that he saved for me. Thank you Dario!!

I first started having computer problems when I downloaded the new operating system on my MacBook Pro. I first went to geek squad were they wanted to charge me $100 dollars just to run a diagnostics check (basically hooking it up to a system that runs automatic checks), not including price of parts and repair when the problem is found. Thankfully I found this bussiness online. I called and he was very helpful, the hours are great, and he kept in constant contact with me the entire time about what he was finding, and what the cost of repair would be. It ended up having a corrupted hard drive. My computer was ready in just a couple day (I initially dropped it off at the close of bussiness and just before the weekend, so I dont know if you can count that day) and the price was less than best buys diagnostic check price. I will continue use him in the future before anyone else.

My 2 year old laptop got into a situation whereas it could not bootup. It seemed to be in an endless reboot loop, rendering my PC useless. My son is pretty good at computers and so am i. Neither of us could make ANY progress with my laptop, so rather than pitch a $600 PC . I looked for local computer repair services. Darios customer reviews looked very positive, so I decided to give him a try. Within a few hours he had fixed my PC. Since then, my PC is very FAST, and has performed flawlessly. Tomorrow I will take my Granddaughters ailing PC to Dario for analsys and repair. I have every confidence he will repair her PC at a VERY fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend Dairo to any/all who are in need of quality computer services at a very fair price. Thanks Dario. Mike Bisarek
