Unorganized, hodge-podge operation! Every time I call Im either on hold, or tossed about from one person to the other. First time I brought my car in for service, I did not know which way to go (where is the service entrance?) First, I though the name of the shop was European Auto Tech, but when I arrived at the shops address the big sign read: Passport Motors. Second, no signs to direct me anywhere. I went to the front lobby and found no one in attendance. I went to the left side then the back of the shop, neither seemed the right place. Finally, I found the right entrance, it was on the right hand side. Third, the massive garage was packed with cars, but hardly anyone in sight. Got out of my car, walked around and found couple guys chatting away who acting inconvenienced to have a new customer. Not exactly the greeting I was expecting! When I came back a day later to pick up my car, the experience was pretty much the same. No cashier office/window in sight. I had to go through a back door and one office to find someone to help me. In amazement, I wondered: Can I really trust these guys to work on my familys two German cars? To boot, the bill was almost the same as the dealer wouldve charged. Next time to the dealer I go.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didnt add any extra labor charges onto the bill. They were more than fair on the pricing. All the way around, this was a great experience.

I definitely regret using this company. If you are used to the reasonably good customer service you get from a dealer, you will probably be disappointed as well. After pointing out that a repair job was not complete, the owner was not only unapologetic, but he actually tried to convince me that this work was not necessary. When his mechanic disagreed with him, he then told me that this was not part of the estimate and was not included. When I explained the absurdity of his point, he became angry, started calling me names, and stormed off, thus ending the conversation. Ill get it fixed correctly elsewhere.

I really hoped I could at least do business with them to be able to accurately review them. I called 4 different times over 2 days to get a basic quote for auto repairs. Very friendly on the phone. However, they told me each time they would give me a call back within the hour or even 15 minutes. I still have not received one phone call from them. Left my name and number, car year, make and model all 4 times. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I cant rate their services but I can rate their professionalism and that is where I came to the two star rating. Good luck!

I have been taking my 2006 Audi A4 to European Auto tech for over 2 years, Sergeys knowledge of the car has been very impressive, being a performance car I had some nagging issue with the check engine light and Sergey took the time to show me step by step the turbo parts that were wearing out. I have complete trust that that Sergey and his team have me on a plan to keep this vehicle running in a top performance state for years to come. I also had some paint work done on the car and the results were impressive with much lower costs than other shops.

I have a 2005 BMW X3, there is oil light come out 3 days ago, i went to this shop, the mechanician told me to repair the car i need to pay $952 dollar ($200+ for parts and $700+ for labor). I said i need 2nd opinion, then they ask me to pay $95 diagnostic fee. I paid it and took my car to NTB for 2nd opinion, finally it cost me $382 ($200+ parts and $150+ labor) to repair my car, and NTB guys just spend 90 minutes to ge everything done. The mechanicians in this shop is really not honest and you can not trust on them.

What else can I say other than EXCELLENT. I had an amazing experience. Excellent service, and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding a really good car. They give a lot of pictures in great detail on their website, so it makes it easier to streamline the process in deciding which car you want. They also have the best selection of cars. Ben was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. He was awesome and I would definitely recommend everyone to them, and will be purchasing my next vehicle there.

So I decided to redo my review after European Auto Tech contacted me. The service was very slow, and I had to go back twice, but they did seek to make amends to some of the issues I pointed out in my car repair. I couldnt recommend them though, not even close. The cost of extending my rental car contract from just each time they changed the completion date was over 1k that the insurance company eventually said they wouldnt cover because two months is not a reasonable amount of time for an auto repair.

Amazing client service and response time! I made an appointment on a Monday through the website and within 30 minutes, I had a return phone call and a scheduled appointment for the same day! Due to my work schedule I wasnt able to drop off 335 until closing time, but my car was still ready by noon the very next day! The earliest appointment I could get at my BMW dealership was Wednesday and the repair would have taken several days AND much more $$$. I LOVE European Auto Tech!

I went to fix my window and the check engine light being on. They fixed the window, but asked me to come back to run diagnostics again for the engine light. And mentioned that I need to pay again to run the diagnostics for the check engine light. Any dealer would cover running diagnostics for all the problem you mentioned, esp. if you go for a service, and paid to fix something. They should not ask to pay for running diagnosis for every problem you mention.

We have bought three cars from Passport Motors over the last 4 years and keep going back to them because they are honest and have always given us the good deal. We shopped around before going to Passport and could not find a deal as good as theirs. There after sales service is also excellent and we have hundreds of dollars using their European Auto tech workshop for our servicing of our vehicles. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.
