Im super behind on writing a review for this place, My apologies for my procrastination! Im not sure Ive ever posted a review about anything online but always seem to read reviews about everything! Since I had no idea what I was doing or where to start looking for an auto body repair shop, reading reviews is exactly how I found this gem to begin with! However, I know in my research I called one other shop and the wait time to schedule me to bring in my car for an estimate was like 2 weeks out but when I called here I spoke with the owner, Steven and it was simple for him to accommodate a time for me to come in for an estimate within 2 days of me calling and also spent a good amount of time with me on the initial phone call going over everything and explaining how the process works etc. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and felt a sense of relief. Brought my car in for the estimate and got everything set up to drop it off. I dropped off my vehicle and was going to get a rental from Enterprise up the street and was offered a ride from his father who was also at the body shop but had already contacted Enterprise and they were on their way to pick me up from the shop. ( I just thought the offer for the ride was an added convenience that probably wouldnt be offered by other body shops) I believe the time frame I was given for my vehicle to be repaired initially was 2 days unless other things were found that couldnt been seen until they got in to do repairs. Ended up finding more damage but after all the repairs ended up taking less than a week and I wasnt able to pick up my car for like 2 days after the repairs were completed anyway due to conflict in my work schedule. The night I went to pick up my vehicle Steven was their waiting on me after closing time and was so nice and helpful! He went over everything he repaired/replaced etc. my front end of my car was brand new and looked amazing! Not to mention the added touch ups he did on my car that had nothing to do with my accident. Seriously, Im not a person to write reviews but this experience has compelled me to do so even if it is 6 months later! Lol you will not regret taking your vehicle to this body shop and your car will look brand new again, amazing work! I also referred a friend recently who got her vehicle repaired here and paid cash for her repairs and she was treated the same way I was and said her vehicle looks brand new too! Thank you Best Choice Auto & Body, the world needs more places of business like yours!!!!!!!:)

The employees from Best Choice Auto and Body (BCAB) dont treat their customer like "$$$" but like family. Their assessments and recommendations always put quality and customers as top most priority. They are never trying to up-sell BS services like other auto shops, "steering flush, transmission flush, etc." I always wanted a dependable and "no-BS" partner for my auto service needs and i have found BCAB to be 100% trustworthy. I have used them on several occasions and each time I have driven away without any complains or issues. To back my above review I would like to end it with an incident that happened just yesterday. The “check engine light, Check VSC” lights were flashing on dashboard of my Lexus. So I decided to take it to my local Toyota of Richardson dealership since it’s close to where I live. Long story short after 4 hours the service adviser called me stating my o2 sensors have gone bad and it will cost me $485. I declined the service and walked away with a $60 diagnosis fee (which by the way wasn’t disclosed to me when I dropped off my car). I decided to take the car to BCAB where in matter of few minutes using their Diagnosis meter they were able to tell me for sure it wasn’t O2 sensor. In addition ‘Steven’ even went as far as advising me to take my car to local Lexus dealer since its still under warranty and based off code he thought the problem is more likely with the internal computer rather than o2 sensor. I was blown away. My situation was ideal for any auto service shop to rob me blind and Steven very well could have done that. Anyway, I did exactly what he said and this morning got a call from Lexus stating that “main computer board malfunction” and they will replace it at no cost since its under warranty. I immediately called Steven to thank him and tell him that he has a customer for life!! Had I gotten suckered into Toyota’s advice I would still be going back there since the check engine light would still return. Thanks Best choice auto and specially Steven for a great job. You guys rock!!!

The owner was nice enough to walk me back to my car while they were working on it and showed me exactly how they were going to fix it. Not an easy repair and I bet I could get close after hearing him talk about it. Family owned for a long time. Highly recommended, very reasonable and made my car look like new. Thank you Steve! Rob update: This is my third fix at Best Choice Auto & Body - I was forced to use another body shop last year (father-n-law hit me and paid for it so had to use "his" shop) so have a recent experience to compare them to now.. Best Choice is still the absolute best in town - the service, time and final product of the other shop was terrible. Best Choice is very trustworthy, timely, and 100% restoration each time I had to bring a car in. Steve continues to have an open door policy and will walk you through how and why they do what they do while standing over the car pointing and talking. Ive sent my boss and my brother here for work on their cars since my first review and each were ecstatic with the time, price, service, and product. Thanks again Steve!

When I was hit for the first time, and told to find a shop, I looked at all reviews below and hoped for the best. And wow. It was the "best" experience I think Ill ever have. Not only were they communicating with me when the repairs needed extra time, keeping up with the claims adjuster, but they went out of their way to make my car (2005 corolla) just LOOK better than when it came in. They cleaned and buffed my wheels/rims and headlights. Looking at it from the front, its almost a brand new car. They also put back on my side mirror, which had fallen off at a different time, not related to the accident. This was really important to me, because Ive never felt comfortable asking for help. As a woman that can be hard walking in to shops and not being led into paying too much. I felt truly appreciated as a customer (though it was all paid through insurance) and will come back for all my work. They were sincere, quick and matched colors perfectly! This is absolutely the BEST CHOICE!

On two different occasions when I brought my vehicle in for collision repair, I was beyond pleased with the excellent work and service I received. It was refreshing to put my trust/faith into a business and not be seen as just a means to an end, I was seen as a person with a different set of circumstances. The staff was extremely welcoming and forth coming with any and all information linked to the repair of my car. Once the estimates and all the costs of the vehicle came into play, they worked hard to give me the best options and prices. Not to mention, once it was time to do the work they took their time but still did everything in a reasonable and timely manner. I absolutely can not say enough about Best Choice and the quality of work in which they approach not only the repairs and maintenance of vehicles but also the customer relationship aspect. I would absolutely recommend and endorse this establishment any day of the week and twice on Sunday. 5 Stars.
