My 2007 Chevrolet Corvette started to show the check engine oil level erratically when the oil level was perfectly fine until I manually reset it. Finally, it came down to the point where it was always on - very annoying! Called DEA, Dallas European Auto, and they correctly diagnosed the problem right there over the phone!! Everybody else wanted me to come in and charge me just to look at it not knowing if theyd have the right parts in stock to fix it. I arranged a time that was convenient for me to fix this issue and get an oil change at the same time. When I arrived and saw the fleet of upper-end class cars outside I became worried that they would call me late in the day and tell me that they just couldnt get to my car that day as Ive heard that from several busy mechanic shops in the past. Not only did they already pick up the necessary part to fix my car right the first time, but they had my transportation to and from work ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Wait, it gets better! I get a call around 5 PM telling me they had just finished and my problem is fixed. They asked me how I was paying and I said I had a $100 Visa gift card Id like to use, and then Ill pay the remainder of balance separately (this is important for later). 20 minutes later their driver pulls up to my office and waits until I finish work to drive me back to get my Vette. Now I was quoted right around $100 for the broken oil level sensor and about $60 for my oil change (more than usual because the Vettes engine takes more oil than most cars), they charged me right under $100 so all Id have to use is the Visa giftcard we discussed earlier. These guys have completely destroyed the meaning of the phrase "you get what you pay for"!! I guess sometimes, very rarely, the opposite CAN be true. Another concern of mine was lifting the Corvette to do the necessary work, and I was assured that the equipment that they use will not harm Corvettes or other low-lying vehicles. After checking right there at the shop and later the next day in daylight around the entire lower body and sections of underbody, sure enough, there was no damage. So, DEA correctly diagnosed the problem with my car over the phone, had the part picked up and waiting, provided transportation there and back, completed a perfect job, quoted me less than the competition, and charged me even less than that! How can you make this a better transaction?? No wonder they have so many cars out front! Its hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays who is a master of his trade; if youre reading this review, you just have!

Found this shop via online search; have used them over the last year +. They are responsive and do great work - at a very competitive price. Ive had a number of Mercedes, Porsche and Volvos and normally used dealerships (Plano/Dallas) - but didnt like the high prices. Ive had my 2 current MBenzs and 1 American car in their shop - mechanical and maintenance. The work is always very well done and I save a bundle. These folks are straight forward, no-nonsense and take the time to explain things. Its great to have found a shop I can trust - not worrying about being taken advantage of. They go out of their way to be sure Im satisfied. Glad I found them. Im picky about my cars and service I pay for. Dont know about the other reviews - but Im for real, never knew these guys before I found them and want to see them continue their successful business. Appreciate the opportunity to share my experience. Ive been very happy with the folks at Dallas European - they work to earn my business. CHFischer

My husband and I were looking for an Mercedes Service Center as an alternative to our usual Mercedes Dealership Service Center. I search online and found Dallas European Auto was highly rated and located walking distance from my job. I called and spoke with Norm who blew me away with the quote he gave me for a Service B on my 2008 E 350. I sent my husband the links to their website and the reviews. We both decided to give DEA a chance. I was greeted by Norm who remembered me calling, he checked my car in and he even dropped me off at work (a 5 min walk but this is TEXAS its hot even at 9:30am!). By lunch time hed contacted my husband with an updated on completion, provided an e-mail with the cost of the repair and the estimate of a couple of things he found that needed to be replaced in the future. We are totally satisfied and would recommend that you give DEA a try if you are looking for knowledgeable professionals with experience, great pricing and outstanding customer service!

Came into town to buy a car from a dealership nearby. Pulled up and Amir greeted me immediately. Asked for a pre purchase inspection for the Mercedes I was eyeing. They immediately pulled into the bay and John went to work. Took a walk outside to take a peek and John called me over to point out what he found. Gave me the diag printout and advised me to take some pics of the concerns for negotiation help. Gave me advice on the best way to maintain the car. The guys at DEA were great! I ended up buying the car and took it back to get the oil changed. They squeezed me in since they knew I was needing to drive out that night. Dropped it off and gave me a time it was ready and they called on time to let me know it was ready when I was on the way back. Good experience.

I AM GRATEFUL TO AMIRE AND DALLAS EUROPEAN AUTO! I had taken my son’s 1996 Trooper to a reputable company and was informed that we needed approximately $400-$500 worth of work. So I called a friend who referred me to Amir and Dallas European Auto. I took the truck in and he spent a few minutes with me to understand my concerns. He asked me to leave it over night so he and his mechanic could do some investigating. The next morning he touched base with me on what his plan was. By the afternoon he had let me know that the entire fix was less than $80. The truck is driving great! They have made customers for life with their genuine care for our needs. Thank you so much!

The engine in my Audi A4 Quattro had to be rebuilt. At the time I was with a different mechanic but due to dishonesty and ethics, I knew that I couldnt trust this person with such a detailed and expensive job. After some research, I came across the great guys at DEA. I highly recommend them, although my repairs ended up costing more than my quote, they stuck to their word, kept the original price and delivered my car in an exceptional condition and it rides as smooth as the day I got it. I have found an auto servicer for life. *Sidenote..I run a quality and risk department for a bank and I review in a very tough manner..These guys won me over, they are THAT good!

My spouse and I have been utilizing Dallas European Auto for our MBs almost since their opening. I cant say enough about the service that we receive (Experts, Courteous, Prompt, Cost Efficient. Excellent work). They treat our cars as if they were the owners. We recently had both our cars (E and SL) being serviced and after leaving the shop the "check engine" on the E-Class intermittently came on, Norman requested that I immediately return the car - they found the issue, repaired it at no charge.
