They explained everything they were going to do, and why it needed to be done that way. It helped me understand why like nu was a better decision than other shops I got estimates from. The owner even came down and met me on Sunday evening, when they were closed, to let me drop off my truck. Everything they did made it very clear that they wanted my business. I like these guys. I just picked up my truck today and it looked just like new. Theres a lifetime warranty, on top of everything else.
