Wish I had a better memory and that Service King was not nearby. Also, wish I had read these reviews. Last time I took in a car for repair they ruined a piece of the dash (knocked off knobs) and it never has been able to be repaired permanently. Also, had to bring back the car because they had ruined the window wiper fluid ejector on the hood, which has also never worked well thereafter. Neither of these had anything to do with the repair that they did. These guys are so incompetent that they add damage to your car. Then, like an idiot horse that just keeps going back to the same place, I recently took in a car for repair. Its already been there a couple of weeks and I still have no return of the vehicle. First, they were unable to deal efficiently with the insurance company and after finally ironing all that out (despite constant and annoying texts that the vehicle is "almost" ready), it still drags on. The latest is that they "unexpectedly lost" the employee who was doing the work. (Maybe I can help them "find" that employee.) Any firm in this business who cannot efficiently deal with their three most important relationships; their customers, their employees and their reimbursing insurance companies; has something VERY wrong going on.

Amazing repairs, even better service. Got in my accident and called my insurance who recommended Service King since they have a program through them. I was skeptical at first, but from the moment I stepped in the door at SK, I felt like I was being taken care of. My hood/bumper/left headlight/quarter panel were a huge mess and I thought... theres NO WAY they can make this look like normal. I was 100% wrong. Got my car back and it looks like nothing ever happened... even the pinstripe detailing looks perfect. Scott S. was the guy who took care of me and called to keep me up to date about my car and let me know every time it "moved down the repair line." On top of that, I didnt get a rental car so instead of calling a cab, Scott rode with me to my apartment and drove it back to SK. Same story when the car was repaired... came to pick me up, then took me back to SK to finish up the paperwork. Scott was very nice, very professional, and even remembered some random stuff we talked about when we met the first time. Great, GREAT all around. Turned a miserable accident into a great experience. I might wreck my car again to go back.

I love the customer service at Service King! Both Michael Armiendariz and Angela were so helpful and honest about their service. I had been to a different place once before to get a headlight installed, but when that fell out a few months later, I had to buy a whole new one and have it put in again so I decided to go to Service King. Even though I was only getting a headlight installed in my Beetle (which is apparently an intense process) they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service and product. Not only did they keep me updated on every process and procedure, but they also communicated well with me to make sure I was ok with everything they were doing. Michael went out of his way to buff up my fender and light to make sure it matched the new one and I am beyond grateful. It took most of the day to get everything done, but it was well worth it and I know that the headlight was installed properly. I feel like I have a whole new car and would recommend Service King to anyone!

My specialist was Tim. He is friendly but he always says he is going to call me for an update, or to tell me wen my car is ready. I never have a received a call from him. I later received a text saying my car is ready but it took me another 2 business days for me to get a hold of Tim. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of service king. I was only giving an 866 number, when I asked if my car was ready they transferred me the North Dallas Service King, which then had to patch me through to Tim just to leave a message. By the time I did get a hold of Tim, he said the repairs are done, but they have knocked off my sunglass holder and should be done the next day and of course "he will call me when it is ready". I have now called 6 times today and each time failed to get a hold of Tim. I now start my new job tomorrow and will only be able to pick up my car on Saturdays during the few hours they are open, if my car is even ready because I have no updates.

Not really sure from where to start.... they received about $10,000 from GEICO to repair it. their quality sucks and their staff says from their mouth that "it will be good but they cannot do a perfect job" . so they can charge $10000 without doing perfect job. I gave them my Jeep in April to repair hail damage. I got a call few days back to pick it up. I went there and here is what I saw 1. stains all over my Jeep 2. reassembled parts coming out 3. stains on the ceiling on the inside. I told them to clean it and fix it. went in today to pick it up, here is what I saw 1. New dent on driver side door 2. stains on the body 3. tail reflector light broken and their "manager"(not sure he was a manager) argued with me that those problems were on the card before. hilarious!! I will call my insurance company and ask them if they can bring these people inline.

This Service King is horrible!!! I have not even taken my car there yet and I would not recommend it! State Farm chose this location for me and they sent the order to them. I have yet to be contacted and I have been calling for 2 days straight to get an appointment. Each time I call I am placed on hold for 20 minutes or so and then the call gets disconnected. I have also left voice mails and sent them an email and nothing. This morning somebody finally picked up the phone after it rang for about 10 minutes, I only got a few words in when I was hung up on!

It took them one month to complete repairs that should have taken 5 days. I had to point out the work they had missed the first time, along with things they hadnt done well. This went on week after week. Four trips to pick up my car, and each time I pointed out inferior work. They wouldnt pay for a loaner after they failed to complete the work in 5 days, and their customer service people never contacted me after I complained several times. Stay away. Service is in name only...its certainly not a promise.

I agree with all that Richard said below. Joe made everything seemless. He promised to call every other day with an update, and he was true to that promise. They went above an beyond with the work--not only fixing the part that was damaged but returning it in even better condition than before my accident. They cleaned it and even sanded the headlights so I could see better. The partnership with Enterprise was also very easy and I loved my rental car. I would definitely recommend!
