I was in an accident on June 26. My dealership recommended Caliber Collision because there is one right next to the dealership. I was told on July 2 to bring my vehicle in on July 8, when repairs would begin. My vehicle was brought in ON July 8, then I was told that itd be a few days before repairs can begin. Ok, thats fine. A few days later, I get a call saying that July 31 is the definite date that my vehicle would be done. July 31 came and gone, and I didnt receive a text till late that day that my vehicle was not done. So now, my definite completion date changed to August 7. August 7 came and guess what, my vehicle still was not repaired. Then was told by Ben Allison that my car wasnt complete because of the insurance company I filed the claim with; that had I filed with State Farm, or another major insurance carrier, my vehicle would have been complete in 2 weeks. So now, Ben changed the completion to today, Aug 11, and once again, NOTHING! They have had my car for a month and a half, have not offered a loaner car (since its them thats taking longer), and are very unprofessional. I will never EVER take my car back to them. I work in insurance, State Farm to be exact, and this is just terrible. Whatever you do, NEVER take your car to Caliber Collision!!!!!!!!!

Night and day. The difference between a good Doctor or a Lawyer is night and day and if you take your car to the wrong place after a accident the same is true. I have been restoring cars and motorcycles for almost 40 years, a good job and attention to detail means everything to me. Keep in mind not all body shops are created equal and its more important than you think to find a good one. Robert, the service manager, made me feel at ease right from the beginning and I met the tech and was lucky enough to meet the regional manager as well. We talked about what I expected and my concerns and he walked me thru the steps that my car was going thru, the level of detail and how long it was going to take. When I left my sports car there I knew I had taken it to the right place and if you have ever taken your baby to the wrong place before, you know what I mean. I would not have any problems taking any of my cars here, should I ever be involved in another accident.

Was given an estimate of 8 days. The day after they told me they found the my custom wheels and they were on the way. 4 days later the pain was done and we were just waiting on the control arm and alignment. This was about 22 Jan give or take. Its 3 Feb and my truck still isnt aligned or fully put back together. They took it to a shop but they were told they couldnt align it because of its size. When I called today the truck hasnt moved from that shop a full day and a half later. Plus they were going to drive it to another shop without it being fully put together or being aligned on brand new mud terrain tires. Growing up in a body shop this is by far the worst service Ive ever seen and I havent even seen the work yet. I have no doubt that I will have to send my truck back to the shop to have the work they done redone to the quality they claim to have. Thoroughly disappointed

This is the only place I would use. The paint job is excellent along with the new parts that had to be replaced. I had a great experience. I have taken my Lexus there twice for two different repairs since my car seems to get hit not even moving and have no complaints! The idiots that have commented about the poor quality obviously cant read their warranty either. You get a LIFETIME warranty on the paint job... Stupid. It doesnt just peel off either so if you have an issue take it back and find out the reason. Unfortunately, you cant turn a pigs ear into a silk purse so dont expect the body shop to do so with your vehicle. My car looks brand new and has stayed that way and Ive had it for over a year since being repaired.

Caliber Collision on Alpha Road painted my car back in October 2013. Specifically my bumper was painted and now 80% of my bumper is damaged significantly. I communicate 10 minutes from my job Mon- Friday and I normally use the freeway on the weekends if I do. My bumper is in worse condition prior to me getting it painted. I went to two different body shops to get a second opinion regarding the work that was done to my car. I was informed the paint job was done poorly. I gave Caliber two stars because I did receive good customer service however I wanted a great paint job done as well. I would not recommend Caliber nor return or any future work I may need done. Respectfully, Horrible Paint Job

I have had two experiences with Caliber. Their end product was satisfactory but they did not keep to a time commitment. So if you dont have rent car coverage or you need your vehicle back otherwise within a defined time frame or youd like to be back in your luxury SUV and out of the Enterprise stripped down compact rental before your children are grown, you may want to take it somewhere else. This is to say, if Caliber tells you it will be a week it very well may be 3 to 4 times that time frame. Additionally, I found the robo-generated daily happy text updates from Caliber inaccurate, misleading and annoying.

I had a good experience at Caliber Collision (Alpha) when my car was damaged in a hit & run accident in Dec., 2015. The staff was friendly and kept me posted every step of the repair. The car was repaired in less than 2 weeks just as I was told it would be and the work was better than I have experienced previously at Service King and Sewell Lexus.......I had to take the car back for one minor adjustment which was taken care of in less than 30 minutes......the staff was more than happy to take care of my car. I would recommend Caliber Collision for body work and repair.....they did a good job !!!
