I have a triple black 2SS Camaro with some custom ground effects and rims etc. The car is extremely low and hitting a recap that blew off of an 18 wheeler ripped the front end up and tore the ground effect off and under the car. The original mock up of the estimate was done by Herbs paint and body before I took it to Darrin. The estimate was for $600 in damage. The estimator didnt even order the ground effect that was missing completely. Darrin filed a supplemental to my insurance that replaced everything and had the car aligned, had the inside of the custom wheels resurfaced and balanced and even found that the exhaust had been damaged. The supplemental was filed for a new exhaust, but the Chevy exhaust it was to be replaced with was more expensive than getting a Borla Attak exhaust. I opted for the performance exhaust and the price difference was so substantial, it actually saved me my deductible as well. Most shops would not have passed down the savings, but TBW did. Now my car looks brand new off of the show room floor, sounds bad to the bone, and I saved the deductible. Best service anywhere, and the lines were seamless. Please do not take your car anywhere else!!!! Thanks Darrin!!!!!

I brought my car in to this shop on a Monday morning to get an estimate for body work. The damage to my vehicle was only to the skin of the car, so I was told that if I left my car that morning, I would have it back that Friday. It seemed a little ambitious, but they seemed to think it was doable. Almost three weeks later, I got my car back. It was frustrating that it took so long, but they did do a great job on everything. They matched the paint to the rest of my car perfectly, and they even took care of fixing a little paint damage I had from a hit-and-run on another area of the car. If there wasnt such a big difference between the estimated time and the actual time it took to repair my car, I might have rated this shop Excellent. The people at the shop were friendly. The only bad part of my experience was the timeline.

I went in to get an estimate on what is was going to cost to fix my car, and he told me he was going to have to keep my car. Instead of taking me home in his company car he said i had to drive my car home and someone will drive my car back to the shop. That is so weird especially since something is already wrong with it. So a couple days go by and he tells me that he is going to charge me $75 for an estimate. He never mentioned this prior to me dropping off my vehicle. I wouldve went somewhere else because i never knew a company to charge for an estimate. So he finally calls and tells me to come pick up my car. He says we can not come pick u up because u are not using my service.

I had gotten rear-ended and made sure to got several estimates. Another body shop recommended Texas Body Works, so I decided to give them a shot. Im so glad I did! The people there were very nice and helpful. The other persons insurance company tried to give me an after-market bumper, but Texas Body Works was able to get me a Nissan bumper (my car is only 7 years old). I really appreciated that. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was able to pick it up on Friday. Super quick! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

Darrin and the team are awesome!! I dropped my Jeep off to get hail damage repair. My insurance had already written a check for the estimated amount and just wanted to replace panels not try paintless dent repair. Darrin and his team worked with the insurance quickly to get the supplemental amount while I worked with the leanholder to get the check endorsed. As soon as I had gotten the check back from the leanholder, my Jeep was ready! My Jeep came back to me good as new and clean as a whistle! I am so happy! I will be recommending these guys!

Couldnt be more satisfied. Darrin and Donna made the whole process as easy as pie; they guided us through the process and handled the communication with our insurance company. In fact, they negotiated with our insurance to get an even better deal with them than I first thought. Bottom line: they gave us MORE than expected and it cost us not a penny more. Pros: Super-professional, friendly, fast, and are on your side. Cons: Expensive (But if all you have to pay is a deductible, thats not a problem)

Took my 2012 Nissan Altima to TBW on Tuesday to get an estimate. Had in back to them for completion on Thursday. They called on Friday to tell me the car was ready. The work was exceptional, very timely and much less expensive than many other shops. Turns out, they were able to save me some money with the final bill being $200 less than originally quoted. The customer service was also excellent. Should I ever need any more body work done, Texas Body Works will be my only location. They are AWESOME!!!!!

Good people doing good work. I think they opened in the mid to late 80s. It is family owned and the shop manager Darrin has been there for 15 or more years. The quality of repair is great, they do not cut corners and will make sure your insurance company pays to have it fixed correctly. Rumor has it some shops will cut corners to stay on the insurance company preferred repair shop. Do not play that game. Take it here and have it restored to per-accident condition.

Darrin was wonderful! I got hail damage earlier this year and my car got so much damage. Darrin was so great with me and always kept me informed on where we were in the process with him and my insurance. He definitely took care of me and my Subaru and it was a fantastic experience all around. I would highly recommend Texas Body Works for anyone that needs bodywork repairs! Also, my car looked brand new when I got it back. Looked even better than when I bought it!

I went here to get some scratches repaired on the advice of a friend. They fixed them in a timely manner and got my car back to me with the paint matched perfectly. Also, I pointed out another minor paint defect and they fixed it for free. Great guys, easy to work with. They even gave me a lift home back and forth both ways. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Addison/north dallas area.

My 2004 Scion needed a new bumper. I went to Texas Body Works and had a great experience. The work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Their customer service cannot be better. General Manager, Darrin Ditmer was excellent working with schedule and details. And he is very good at answering all questions. The experience was positive and would recommend them for any auto body repair!
