Avoid this place if you care about quality work... Looks nice from a distance, but up close you notice the paint bubbles, mismatch color, poor fitment of body panels, deep swirl marks from an aggressive buffer, and long turnaround. When we pointed out the issues, Bobby took the car back with an attitude and said it was strange for a customer to inspect the work closely and ask for receipts of OEM parts, as requested per insurance policy. Seriously?? The icing on the cake (and what caused me to actually leave this review) is that a week later when I went to change the oil, I found the dipstick broken off in the tube! What a nightmare. Never in my life have I seen a shop blatantly sabotage a vehicle like that. It was fine when I sent the vehicle back for paint correction, but they got me in the end. Hour of work and a few bucks later, its fixed. Hopefully this is a lesson to anyone who cares to read these reviews. Stay away from freeway motors.

Ive used Freeway over the years for body work on my import cars. After a recent fender bender I returned one again because I trusted their service and quality of repairs. This time even exceeded previous visits. I returned ny rental and picked up my car last Friday. The parking assist system needed to be reset. Given it was 4pm Friday, Bobby Fodge offered to come pick up the car at my office this morning and take it to a mechanic for the reset. WOW, that is service! This is why I return to Freeway and recommend them to others.
