For the second year in a row my 2010 Honda Fit Sport was damaged by hail. My PDR guy Jeff at Dent Masters, who does phenomenal work, informed me the damage would require some body work and he recommend I find a body shop to work on my car this year. Based on the reviews I read here on google maps I chose Extreme. Upon entering Xtreme I was not greeted in a professional and friendly manner, a red flag for me. Still, I proceeded with the thought that great body work was what I was there for and left my car to the professionals. Well.....it took Xtreme over a month to complete my repair! Luckily I did not have to have a car during that period of time. Apparently their PDR guy took off and they had to find a replacement and they had to work with GEICO to get additional work approved and payed for. I understand that issues arise, but to my dismay, I was in the dark for most of the month regarding those matters as communication from Xtreme was minimal at best. All said and done, when I went to pick up my car it looked great so I forgave them and happily took my car home. Then a few weeks after getting my car back I noticed a some trim and a fender well screw was missing. They took care of it right away no questions asked and even provided me with a rental car for the day. Then just a few days after that I noticed some very small hail dents still remaining on the passenger side roof rail. They were happy to take care of that as well. Unfortunately even after the PDR guy worked them they were better but were still there if you looked for them. So at that point I told them Ill just take my car back with the assumption that they had done all they could to make my car whole again even though I was not truly satisfied. I mean if a PDR guy works on something twice and it is still not right what is the point to having him work it a third time? Is he really capable of the kind of finished product I expect? Dont get me wrong. I appreciate the amount of effort they put into fixing the issues but I think it is reasonable to expect a great job the first time. My final assessment of Xtreme is that they need to improve on their first impression, communication, and the detailed execution of their finished product. I suggest you find another shop to handle your hail damage.

Hands-down, one of the most friendly and efficient collision repair shops I have ever been to. A few weeks ago, I unfortunately had been involved in a rear-end accident on 75 only a week after buying a new car. I was outraged for a number of reasons, but a main one was that I had also just moved to Texas from Arkansas and didn’t have a reliable body shop that wouldn’t screw me over, and all of my friends had given me different suggestions so I wasn’t really sure where to go. I’m the type of person to do a walk around of my car every time that I leave a congested parking lot and I notice pretty much every nick that happens to my car. So, after doing a ton of research, I chose xtreme collision in Addison because of all the great reviews and it being a little bit closer to my work (I live in McKinney so this definitely was not the closest place to me by a long shot) but I’m extremely happy I chose this place. Brock was the main person that pretty much walked me through the process of insurance, how long it would take, detailed descriptions of what they needed to do to fix each thing that was wrong. All and all it made me feel comfortable that I could trust my car was being taken care of. I was probably a little annoying because I showed up a few times to check on my car and he was more than willing to show me what process they were on. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who’s in need of repairs.

Ive brought my car in here twice now. The first time was a year and a half ago when I rear ended someone and did a quite of bit of damage to my own car. It did take a while but they had a good eye and found my hood dented. But two weeks later and my car amazing. They were working on my front bummer and told me that since there was a scratch on it from my mother hitting something three years before they would fix it because it didnt look completely fixed. They told me it wouldnt look like a finished product so they fixed that too. I had such a great experience with them that I just took my car yesterday to them. Some lady was paying any attention and backed into my car. It looks like a small damage but Brock told me where she hit me was not an easy fix. She hit both my metal and plastic on my side. He said about 5 days and Im pleased with the service. They were waiting for me. I didnt even have to make an appointment, unlike service king ( that is still another week away) which is where this ladies insurance suggested I go. I walked in and Brock was waiting for me! I would totally recommend it to my friends and family, but my family already knows! They mix their own paint to match perfectly and dont buy paint from the dealer! Its also helpful that enterprise is next to them!

Simply outstanding. I was a claimant on an insurance claim, and Xtreme Collision dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. I had never had to take a vehicle to a body shop before, so I was very worried about the process (so many horror stories). I had originally intended to take my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership for the claim, but after speaking with Clay at Xtreme, I had a much better feeling about leaving my car with him than the dealership (the dealership seemed to blow me off and I left concerned that they wouldnt be able to deal with the insurance company). When I left Xtreme Collision after the repair was done, I had a smile on my face. The owner came out, shook my hand, and complimented my vehicle (its been a work in progress over the past year and its always nice when someone recognizes the effort Ive put into her). Outstanding service. I will not take my car anywhere else. If anyone at Xtreme reads this post, sorry for calling as much as I did. Take solace in knowing if I ever have to take a vehicle in again, I will not be annoying you as much as I did this time. I honestly trust you guys to do what needs to be done. tl;dr If you like your car I recommend taking it here.

Left my vehicle for plenty of time, and was called and told it was ready. When I picked it up it had a very large paint run. The bottom bumper was not replaced as it should have been, and clearly insurance approved since I hit a chair. There was trash in the paint underneath, and it was not a quality sanding job. I went here at the recommendation of All-State. Horrible repair, and lack of workmanship and quality control showed for sure. I felt like I got the cheapest and quickest turn around possible to cut costs. Now I have to go back for them to take pictures again, and then go back once the parts come in. Nothing about this place saved me anytime. It looks great on the inside and has a nice appearance, but clearly needs some attention to detail and quality control efforts put in place before calling a customer to tell them the vehicle is ready for pickup.
