If I could give ZERO stars for this Service King location, I would. I had the positively worst experience EVER with them - sad, since Id used the Fort Worth Service King a few times and had been quite pleased. This Service King changed the estimate on a major repair twice (without even starting the work and discovering something new), eventually to the point that the cost would be double the original estimate -- noting were talking about thousands, not hundreds. At the end, the estimate (more than doubled where we started) was $5K more than a brand new car replacement, making apparent that SK didnt want to do self-pay repairs and that their estimating practice was.... questionable.... Surprise! They charged a real fortune for the amount of time the car sat in the lot, including the week or so of "repair estimating". Incredible, really. Infuriatingly, it would be cheaper to park the car in the most expensive downtown Dallas garage - or DFW airport, including tipping the valet! At the end of this experience, I wouldnt take a car to them again if you paid me to bring it to them. One furious ex-customer, forever.

I used this shop to repair damages from someone backing into me. The repair work done on the car was great, you couldnt even tell where it was hit. They also cleaned the interior and washed the outside. I was really pleased with the work. However, when I picked up the car I was warned that I MAY receive a phone call about a survey in the future. I was going out of town the day after picking up my car and what followed is what really turned me off the shop. I received a call daily about the survey, as well as text messages and if I had left my email address Im sure I would have received emails as well. I was out of town for a week and finally completed the survey online after getting back to town. Wouldnt you know I just got another call from the survey company. Even though I completed the survey online, I still had to complete the phone survey as well. Its practically harassment!

Poor online reviews are accurate for Service King West Plano. I went in on Saturday, April 23 to have my car bumper worked on. There was only one person working with "no manager" available. Ahead of me in line was a cop, a frustrated person who wasnt satisfied with the job that was done on his car, and two people who hadnt been helped or even greeted yet. After waiting 20 minutes (cant believe I let myself wait that long) without even being talked to, I left. I ended up having work done at SheerMetal Auto in Plano. Kyle was fantastic to work with, very courteous, professional, a great communicator, and did a great job fixing my bumper in a timely manner. If you want great customer service and quality work done, go over to SheerMetal. You would think with a name like Service King...well, you get the picture.

Highway Rubbery , Nice Office , Coffee and Tee, Smiling Faces, but they dont do what they tell you My wifes car had a dent at passenger doors, and they said it will cost almost 1200 to repair giving that they will cover few scratches also here and there then they said dent went deep into the door panel and the whole door has to be changed , estimate shoots to almost 3500 because they they have to blend the new door and paint big part of the car to make color even, they fix the door , did not cove any other thing and they did not even wash the car and that took them 14 days to do, Insurance company paid for everything but I still thing its highway rubbery and for that much cost they cold do better job or at least wash the car ...dont let the coffee and tee fool you

The Service King at this location has gone far and beyond my expectations. Their customer service is second to none. I had my first accident at the age of 35 and it created so much stress and anxiety. I was in tears, but Robert was always able to keep a smile on my face. Robert continued to keep me up to date with calls and texts about the status of my vehicle. When the repairs were completed, I had no way of picking up my car. They offered to drop my car off to me and return my vehicle. To my surprise, they returned the vehicle to me cleaned and fully repaired. The car was returned in better condition than I left it in. They took care of the vehicle as if it was their own. That meant a lot to me. More than they would ever know.

Took my 2013 Ford Mustang GT and they just turned into junk! NEVER TRUST THIS SHOP, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING 1. PAINT HAD DUST INSIDE OF CLEARCOAT (SO THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO CLEAN HOOD BEFORE CLEARCOAT LAYER. 2. THE PANELS DID NOT FIT PROPERLY. THEY JUST THREW MY CAR TOGETHER AND HOPE YOU DONT NOTICE 3. THEY KEPT TELLING ME I WAS WRONG WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT WHEEL ALIGNMENT. SO I TOOK IT TO FORD AND THEY PROVED I WAS RIGHT! SERVICE KING HAD TO GIVE MY INSURANCE BACK ALL 16000 DOLLARS! BUT ONLY BECAUSE I DID DUE DILLIGENCE AND FOUGHT THEM TEETH AND NAIL. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO TO THEM. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO SOCIETY A FAVOR AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

I dont know how anyone could give a bad review about this place. I thought they did a fantastic job. Yes, they work with the insurance company but its great because they process all of the paper work for you. I hardly had to do anything with the insurance company at all. My car was repaired fast and everyone who worked there was so polite. You couldnt even tell there was any damage to my car after they were finished. I dont know how they did it! Wyatt Etheridge was my service advisor at Service King he did a great job. He made sure I got my rental car in a timely manner and helped me with the whole process. Great service!

I had a repair done a year ago (2016) and had a problem with it that I noticed this past weekend. The guy working Saturday told me to come back on Monday and theyd take care of it. Said it would only take 5 minutes. I took it in Monday morning and he was absolutely right! They asked no questions; just looked me up on the computer and assigned a person to me. I explained the problem and he said no problem, took the car back and had it out in 5 minutes. These people are great. I also noticed how they handled all the people in the reception area and they were friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my car repaired there after a pretty bad accident. They did a great job on the body work and paint and went above and beyond to make me happy. Thanks Oscar. After picking up my car I found out the next day that some of my rear lights werent working, safety issue, had to return to the shop. A little time later my bumper started coming off, another return to the shop. And now my bumper is coming off again, another return to the shop. And Im getting no call backs on follow-up issues even after calling them multiple times. This is getting ridiculous.
