Though I live in Highland Village, after extensive hail damage including a shattered moon roof, I took my Lexus RX350 to Central Collison Repair in Richardson the day after the storm because they came highly recommended by a friend. Tom, the owner had reserved a rental car for me that morning without me even asking! HV was hit hard and many friends & neighbors were unable to even get a rental for 1-3 days! Tom was friendly, professional & hes very knowledgeable-been in the business a long time. He knows how to deal with insurance companies-handled everything. They performed high quality work in a reasonable timeframe. They stand behind their work - satisfaction guaranteed! Highly recommend this body shop.

These guys are awesome, I have never been in a wreck before and didnt really know where to start. they helped me with the insurance company and fixed my car in a timely manner. Later on down the road I had related issues with the car and instead of trying to get out of fixing it they said they stand by there word and fixed it for free. I will send my friends and family to them for any issue no matter how serious, knowing they will fix it!

Good service. I took my vehicle in for a new bumper. The original paint job on the new bumper wasnt perfect and the shop stood behind their work and was willing to repaint it at no charge. The shop worked well with my insurance company. After the work was done, I was involved in a minor hit and run. The shop was very reasonable on pricing since insurance did not cover the cost of damages.
