To start with my horrible experience, the geico adjuster they have there was awful! He lied and tried to get us to pay the $500 deductible but the other party accepted full liability so it shouldve been waived. Finally he waived it after two days of arguing and trying to get money from us. When I got the voicemail my car was ready, they told me to get it because they need it gone because they are full.. while I was at work. I didnt receive updates. I had been to caliber in frisco and they even detailed the car after it was done and the service was amazing, This location did not even put gas in my car and the car was basically empty as I was leaving the parking lot. I had to rush to a gas station. They did not communicate, when I picked up my car he didnt even show me what they finished and didnt explain anything, just gave me the keys and left. Terrible and I would not reccommend and will not be going back.

called left on hold almost 120seconds!. place is too busy. been there before when it first opened and was much better and great work on my car with great appraiser. but now this 2nd time too slow. everything should be like a fast food drive through, fast, fast answers and fast repairs in 5 minutes or faster. I give everyone these days bad reviews because they arent as fast as McDonalds. McDonalds is # 1 for fast, crappy food and yet they are faster than here. Everyone at Caliber needs to get faster. People shouldnt have to wait for anything these days, we have smart phones. I guess Ill just put duck tape on my car bumper crack it will only take 5 seconds. Caliber should sell duct tape for DIY people who want things done faster and cheap. I only gave them a 4.

Finally had time to get year old hail damage taken care of and selected Caliber Collision due to its proximity to my office. Glad I did! Not only was the work done beautifully, the communication and speed was top notch as well. Terri and Trent went above in beyond the call of duty too when it came to a small customer service issue. These guys do great work, take pride and treat you like every business should strive to treat their customers. Im hoping to avoid the need for body work in the future, but if the need arises, Ill go no where but Caliber Collision in Allen.

Poor customer service. Filled out an online form for a free estimate (which their website advertises) on Friday. No e-mail or phone call by end of day Monday, so I called to confirm my requested date (which was the next day). They had no record of me filling out a form. The girl asked my insurance provider and said they dont do estimates outside of insurance. The whole purpose was to see if I needed to file a claim in the first place. Caliber needs to update their website and do a better job contacting their "would-be" customers if they want any business.

The service leve here has enhanced since replacing Theresa(?). The front staff is now much, much better. Trent, the center Manager is FANTASTIC. One of the best in the industry. Work quality is excellent. They are very accommodating compared to their competition. IF you do have any issues, speak directly with Trent and I assure you, they will be resolved in a satisfactorily manner. Dont forget to leave a review on Google after your experience. Usually people only post reviews when they are upset.

3 weeks to fix a bumper cover and replace a rim. Not exactly what I would call timely. The real frustration is that not once did anyone call back and deliver a status update after making a commitment to do so. Calling to get a status update often required 3-4 calls to reach someone and no one returns your call. Completion deadlines kept being bumped back a couple days at a time due to poor communication and oversights in the process.

Used Caliber twice for auto body work. They did an awesome job both times. They are very friendly and work hard at customer satisfaction. And they have an Enterprise Car Rental right on their property. I would take my car nowhere but Caliber!

Dont ever expect a call back & be prepared for your vehicle to leave in worse shape than it arrived. Got hit be a Geico carrier, was highly encouraged to bring my vehicle in & now Ive got things like the reverse sensor that no longer work.

Dropped my coworker off here several times to pick up their vehicle, each time the repair was not done correctly. Eventually took it somewhere else and paid them to get it repaired right, paying twice for the repairs. Ridiculous.
