Upon dropping off my vehicle, I showed Junior everything I could see wrong with my vehicle, trunk pushed up, crushed back bumper, and also that the Parking sonar wasnt working because of the HUGE error message eating up the entire screen of my navigation. (See photo) Vehicle was in shop for 3 weeks and upon picking up the vehicle, there were 2 DENTS in my trunk from the techs having to adjust the trunk. The tail pipe is slightly crooked, the bumper is not attached correctly (see photo), and the sonar was still not working (see photo) Junior says that he drove the car for 5 miles to make sure everything was in working order. What part of parking sonar was misunderstood? Its not going to work while driving and the error message on the navigation screen doesnt clear out unless you click "close" on the screen. As far as the two dents on my trunk...Its my vehicle; Im going to know if there is a dent or scratch on it. So much so that I purchase a cosmetic warranty on every vehicle I own just prove the level of attention I pay to my vehicle. The biggest disappointment is that regardless of my time being wasted, there is nothing they can do but apologize and move on. Caliber gets paid regardless so what can be done. I hope other locations are not like this but I will not be giving Caliber my business again after Geico speaks so highly of them. In the future, I will tell Geico to just send my vehicle to the dealership where I know they get it right every time.
