*** New Management -- Stay Away!!! *** Let me start by saying I ve taken 4 vehicles over the last few years to Collision Masters in Richardson. I ve always been taken good care of. Well, guess what? Management has changed and they have a customer is never right policy now. I had them do a quick paint job on part of my car. They said it would be done by Wednesday that week. Well, I never heard from them all Wed., so I called to check. They said it would be noon the next day now. OK, that s fine I said. So, the next day at noon they had not called. I called to check in and they said it would absolutely be done by 4. I told them it had to be as I had a prior engagement at 5 that day. I showed up just after 4 and they didn t know where my car was. After some research, they remembered they took it down to the car wash and it wasn t back yet. They said they d go get it right then. Well, 5 rolled around, then 5:30 and finally close to 6 they finally showed up with it. When I looked at the work they had done, I saw lots of little bubbles in the paint. They had not buffed it at all. I asked them to buff out the spots and they said OK, but I had to come back the next day since the paint guy left already. So, I drove home and had to take time off to come back the next day so they could finish the job. They did an OK job. There were a few spots that they said they just couldn t fix. I was disappointed, but didn t feel like fighting about it any more. Well, a few days later, I noticed a big spot on the hood and so I drove all the way back down there to show them. The manager came out and said yes, it s a problem, but we re busy, come back another day. I left and called a few days later, they were still busy. I called the next week and some machinery was out so they couldn t do it. Well, finally got a hold of them and the manager told me it was in the metal and they ve already tried 3 times to fix it and wouldn t do it again. I explained it was only once and he yelled that he didn t care what I thought and he was tired of me and my problems. His guy buffed it real quick and it came out... metal problem, right. Anyway, I would steer clear of this place as they have not quality control and 0 customer service.

After we had our accident we filed the claim for the insurance and they sent us a check, telling us to go to any shop we wanted. My husband and I got around 3 quotes for the repair + some existing damage. The first several places asked us what happened and gave us a price (after some judging looks). Then we read Collision masters review and had already chose a place to go but thought we would come talk to Shaun. We gave him the same information we had previously given to the other gentleman. Shaun proceeded to tell me how the insurance company worked and then informed me that he would call them and get rest of the money necessary to complete the work with minimal money out of our pockets. NO other person was willing to go to bat for us and that was just incredible and refreshing. Our trust was well placed. Our car looks AMAZING brand new! People who have even known us for a while asked us if we got a new car. Because of the amazing experience that Shaun has given us collision masters has a life long customer.

Words cannot explain how great the customer service is here, Shaun is absolutely amazing. I came in with a broken car door handle on my rickety Corolla FOUR DAYS before leaving for college and Shaun ordered it and had it ready to install the very next day. He was extremely informative and thoroughly explained the procedure as well as the parts I was paying for. To top it off, I found out that my registration was expired 2 days before leaving for college and ended up failing my inspection due to broken head and tail lights. As you can imagine, I was distraught, but Shaun assured me that he could help resolve the issue. He had the parts ordered and ready to be installed the following day at an extremely discounted price. I am a struggling college student and he was sure to take that into consideration. Unlike most establishments, they’re not money hungry, they really care about their customers! These guys are AWESOME! Passing through Dallas and had an accident that did major damage to my vehicle, making it impossible to drive to my destination. Car dealership body shop literally left me standing on the curb after determining it was a non-insurance repair. Found Collision Masters and Shaun and Bruce immediately put me at ease. They went through every possible part that might need to be replaced and provided an estimate that was exactly the final cost, significantly less than the fuzzy guesstimate the dealership gave before they baled on the repair. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be. Shaun was very responsive and kept me informed of the progress. The repairs were perfect and the paint matching couldnt have been better, particularly on a red vehicle. I am so happy I found Collision Masters.

I have to say I am very grateful with what Collision Masters did with my truck. A driver hit my truck from behind and did quite a damage to the tail light, bumper, tail gate, and rim. The company he had sucks and tried to rip me off by not giving me a rental and taking money away from me. Shaun fought for me to get my rental and to get my money back and my truck was fixed. If I could upload the before and after pictures on my truck I would. But all I can say is that they did an amazing job, my truck looks like new and I am very grateful on their hard work and fighting for me to stay happy and able to get sleep at night. Thank you Shaun for fighting for me and making sure I was well taken care of you guys are the best. I hope my truck doesnt get hit any more but if it does you can bet I am a returning customer. THANK YOU!!!

So recently I was involved in my first car accident and it was a big mess with the lady who hit me insurance company and just very stressful. My grandmother referred me to come here to get my car fix since shes been here before and talked about how good the service is. So I decided to come here and bring my 2015 Jeep Patriot. By far the best service I have ever received. If you need work done on your car I would highly recommend you bring it here and ask for Shaun. He is the best and takes care of his customers. He made sure I understood what needed to be done and made it an easy and not stressful what so ever. I love the outcome of the shops work on my jeep it looks brand new as if I wasnt even in the accident! If I could give more stars on this review I would! This place is the best and I wouldnt go anywhere else.
