I had my 3000GT repaired here, after having been the victim of a hit and run accident while visiting Austin to participate in an exclusive car show. This is a family owned business. Alex is one of the owners, and he is very easy to work with. He is extremely honest, their prices are very reasonable, and their work is top notch. I received my car back on a Thursday, detailed it, and won a couple of trophies at Import Face Off in Ennis that Sunday! Of note, my car had been painted by a great shop in San Diego, but Mashs work was just as awesome!. Their mechanic (George), bodywork technician, and their painter (Pedro) take immense pride in their work. They do great fiberglass repairs, and their facilities are pretty impressive. Each employee is a specialist in his field (mechanic, bodywork, and paint) and they have separate areas for each of them. They work on all kinds of cars, and they can handle anything from hail damage to complete restorations. They also handle insurance claims. They have worked on all of my cars, ranging from fiberglass repairs, custom paint, and a complete engine rebuild. If youre looking for a garage/body shop that is honest, stands behind their work, and is very reasonably priced, this is the one!

If youve been as dissatisfied with big chain body shops as Ive been, I highly recommend Mash Auto. I was myself referred to Mash by a friend whod gone to them for his own collision repair needs. He and I both found Mashs prices to be very reasonable and the work top-notch. Likewise, unlike every other body shop weve dealt with, they worked with a sense of urgency and seemed to genuinely understand the importance of getting the repairs done as quickly as possible. Customer service was excellent- friendly and honest. And if youre worried about insurance paperwork, dont be. They work with all carriers and handle the whole claim process once you give them your adjusters estimate. I rarely write reviews but in this case felt truly compelled to document my experience and support this independent local business.

Just recently had a spoiler painted and attached to my VW Golf here. The paint job looks nice on the spoiler, there were some minor imperfections (Im kind of a perfectionist), but when you consider that the spoiler is plastic, I think its normal. The paint is a perfect match. The double sided tape they used to attach the spoiler is a little thick, but it looks very secure in any case. The price was great! And the guy that was going to do the paint job gave me a ride to work. I recommend this place for affordable body work and friendly staff. My friend from work is getting his front hood painted there as well.

I wish I could label this place with no starts. Seemed like a great place at first, but its just another independent shop that pulls your leg about your car and repairs performed, led to me about my bill and added 400 dollars to it without any notice or phone call and the swindler that runs the place Alex can never be trusted, these guys own mash and ricks repair. Dont believe the fake reviews that say this place is awesome your dealing with a cheat and a liar

Some one had banged My Car door leaving about 2" ding , I got Two estimates telling me they had to repair the dint and paint the Door, the first was $339 , the second was $475 He Said that the Rear door need to be painted for the paint to Match . then a friend told me about the painless dent repair and sent me to Mash auto repair . I was Amazed how good they are , without having to paint my door the dint disappeared , it cost me $95 .

Ive been going to this shop for twenty years. They always help me, they never disappoint me. They are the most honest people Ive seen. They are far from where I live, yet I choose to go there because I dont want to waste my time with those shops that only take advantage of you and they dont fix your problem, yet they charge you, no they overcharge you.

I ran into a curb during the snow storm , my front right tire started making a screeching noise and I can feel it wobble . my friend told me about Mash auto repair , I dropped my car off on Monday Morning , Alex gave me a free Loner car for that day . they fixed my car and did alignment same day . I was very happy with the service .

Found them to be honest and straight forward, and they did a nice job repairing body damage on my F-150. They were very reasonable on cost, charged exactly as quoted, completed the work in less than 3 days, and arranged for my rental car. Good deal.

I dont recommend it for anyone, I agree that they speak to you politely, but they rip you off you are not becareful.They charged me $181 that should be charged $ 90.Go somewhere else dont be lured into a rabbit hole through their polite language.

Brought my black colbalt ss here for a radiator support replacement .. best work ever, cant even tell it was replaced .. excellent customer service, and body guy really knows what hes doing !!! Highly recommended along with very good prices !!
