I had a terrible, terrible, terrible experience here. Honestly, I was treated the worst I have ever been treated by a company. I was lied to multiple times about where my car was at in the process, things were missing out of my car, my car was there for 7 weeks and my insurance paid $8,000 and they did not do a good job, there was white compound all on the inside of my car, there were bolts and screws everywhere in the trunk that I still have no idea where they are from. My car was having issues starting after coming to get it and they knew that and did not tell me & they still let me drive out of their parking lot without even having the conversation with me. I was stranded one mile away from their shop after driving off the parking lot and they would not even answer the phone to help me. I was referred to this place hoping I would get taken care of and instead I was treated really bad. I would never refer anybody else to this place & If you want your car back in a timely manner and with everything fixed then this is not the place to go!

Fabulous experience with Q & M Image Automotive. My old Honda Odyssey van was in a wreck & they were able to fix it with used parts for a great price. They made my vans hatch look brand new! Q & M also did the work exactly on schedule. I worked with RIchard & he was so nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Q & M Image Auto Bady

Richard and Taylor and the guys are great. they know how to make someone feel very welcome. They also do very good work. I brought in my 2012 Chevy Silverado they worked directly with state farm also game a free rental while they did the work i will recommend to all my coworkers family and friends....i am very pleased
