So Im not ready to say one way or another what my experience here has been in its entirety because my ordeal is ongoing. They did beautiful body work to my car after I was in an accident, but the Tuesday night I picked it up the interior lights and radio wouldnt come on. The gentleman who returned it to me then told me it would have to be the following Saturday before they could fix it. It would no longer start at all on Friday and in their defense everyone has been pretty forthcoming about the fact that they broke something that was working just fine when they got the car. I appreciate that honesty. What I dont appreciate is that while trying to explain why it was urgent that I get my car back Alfonso began screaming at me about it being his kids birthday and that I should just appreciate them trying to fix my car. I need it back today and its not looking like thats an option. Theyve already been paid $4800.00 and I cant afford a rental so Im completely at their mercy. No transportation. Limited funds. Im going to post again after this is all concluded because if they handle it properly people should know, And if he screams at me again and tells me how "Gods going to understand if I cant get to church tomorrow. What about my kids birthday??? Youre only thinking of yourself." well people should know that too. I appreciate the dedication it must take to work on your kids birthday, but there are many other people there working on cars. I didnt ask him to step away from his family. Id just like to make sure the $5k theyve been paid to make sure I can take care of mine insures that I can do just that. To be continued... Well I said Id have more to say and I do. Ultimately they completed the work on my car and the body work looks great. Maybe we had a personality clash. I wasnt pleased with how I was treated, but if it hadnt been for that Id probably rate them high. So all in all they did what they said they would for the price they quoted and thats good business. I hate that it took 3 visits and I hate the way he spoke to me, but were all entitled to bad days. Take your car here. Theyll fix it. Just make sure its in 100% working order before you drive away and return your rental.

Called ahead and asked them to look a car over we were thinking about purchasing and it problems with the sun roof, and other non-mechanical problems. I also wanted the car diagnostically gone through to get an estimate on the car’s worth and repair costs to basically make sure it was a worthy car. Here’s how it went down: 1. They told me the Estimate was Free. 2. They were late opening the shop. 3. Then they told me there was a $90 Diagnostic Fee 4. They gave me no receipt of taking my car. 5. They couldn’t tell me approximately when my car would be ready or how long it might take? 6. I called them twice throughout the day. When somebody did answer the phone, I was told they would let me know how far along the car was and about when we should have to expect the car to be don’t. They said they would call me back. Nobody did. 7. Finally, took it upon myself to drive up there around 4:30p to see what was going on with the car? Then I was told the car was not ready. I said when it will be ready. He said 45 Min. 8. Came back 45 min. After they had my car a complete work day. (I had called in about a day ahead of time). The gentleman proceeds to tell me in my opinion as an Industry proven industrial Control/Automation/Robotic Expert a vary vague depiction of what was even wrong with the car. No error codes or ..”Hey here is the part you need”. Just that there may be more charges. He had no diagnostic print out or data where had tested the car in anyway and after telling me about the $500 headlight I needed he said that he was going to use salvaged parts to fix it with. I offered pay the man for the $90 free estimate and he screamed that he doesn’t feed his family with mad money. I asked for my car and we left. 9. Lesson Learned: Not everybody Driving BMW’s are mechanically and electrically handicapped. THIS PLACE IS SHADY FOLKS! They got a 13 year old in the parking lot driving the cars around and two guys yelling at him to go get another one.

Excellent Work!!! Very pleased and glad that I chose Speedy Collision!! After getting hit by a drunk driver one Sunday afternoon, I started to shop around to hire a body shop to fix my baby. Alfonso(owner) and Al(manager) took real good care of me after shopping around 10 body shops in the DFW area. I told them what I wanted and without any objection, they politely agreed- and took the extra effort to make sure my car looked better than it was before the accident. Al- a true man of his word had promised me a new windshield after the accident had placed a large crack across the middle. After the insurance company disagreed to this claim, Al stood by his word and replaced the windshield anyway. Im normally used to people making up excuses for such a thing, but not this time. I was greeted with a smile and homelike environment. From the free drinks to plums, enormous sized grapes, coffee and the most addicting cookies I have ever had. This place is a 5-star establishment hands-down, and would not doubt that in keeping up this great work, could turn into the largest collision center(s) in the nation. These guys know what theyre doing. They are there to fix your car the right way and enjoy your referral(s) than the other guys out there who just try to get rich on each car. 5-star - Hands down... PS-- Tell em Jacob T from this google review sent ya -- Hope this helps you with lost time and hardship in finding a family like body shop where you can ask them anything and will not get any runaround. If you get your vehicle done here- feel free to pass the kudos as I did. I believe in this place.

Brought my car in a couple of months ago, after several attempts to reach somebody by telephone. When I did finally come in, I was given a lower quote than the price I was given for repairs when I brought it back a week later to have the work done. When I reminded them that this was being taken care of by my insurance (with whom they would not directly cooperate), they reduced the price to their original quote. Although my couple of experiences being here showed me that they keep very busy, their service was admittedly pretty quick when they got to it, but they did not perform all the repairs listed. My passenger door still doesnt open from the inside, and there are still dents on my rear bumper. They bothered to clean the inside of the car for me, but in doing so, seem to have removed the travel pillows that were in the back seat and havent called me back about where these went, or why they didnt do all the repairs. Ive left a couple of messages already, but its the same run-around I was given when I first tried to bring my car in, so Im not expecting any calls back, and will likely only be able to make contact if I keep calling, which I wont bother wasting my time with anymore. Overheard them asking several customers to leave Google reviews when I was there, so Im leaving one.
