I had a collision and hail damage on my car, after 2 month been in the shop they finally told me it is fixed, when I went to pick it up, it was horrible!! Horrible!! Parts all different color, gaps between all parts, then I didnt took it they said they will fix it, then after a week I went back the car was god damn same!! I spoke to the manager and he said he will fix it, then after another week I went to pick it up but still the car is same, I asked him is this a Ford quality? The manager told me there is no such a thing as Ford quality!!! He said this is the most they can do, they can never make it look like it was before the accident!! Yes manager told me that. Ford needs to sue you guys before I do!! This is disaster, but I assure you lawyer will make you pay back for all the damage you made to me!!

Bob Tomes Ford Collision Center is the BEST place I have ever taken my car for repair! I actually took two cars to them within about three weeks! They updated me daily on the status of my cars, took the time to get an accurate estimate completed for insurance the first time, not having to add things here and there afterward. Their customer service is more than amazing. Every person that I came in contact with, from the front desk to the actual technician working on my car, were truly amazing and friendly. Awful customer service, with a very long wait. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. They took forever to process people as they have 1 State Farm claims person, Will, who took forever and looked to be in over his head. I got better treatment, a cup of coffee, free wifi while I waited for half the time elsewhere. This group is TOO LAZY to work to earn the business.
