My experience at this location was the worst ever! Customer service was non-exsistent. Amy Wood and someone who said that he was the General Manager (which I hope not) found every way possible to disrespect me, humiliate me including throwing my keys at me. I had questions that I could not even get answered and while Amy wore a smile she literally smiled while speaking condensing to me in front of my son and both even tried to ignore me and speak to him. It was the worse feeling ever. NEITHER LISTENED TO ANYTHING I TRIED TO SAY AND I DOUBT THAT THEY EVEN CARED HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL OR THE WAY THEIR TREATMENT WAS OFFENSIVE. The general manager exasperated the entire experience.

My vehicle has been in the shop since 7/13/2017. I went to pick up my vehicle twice, to find out that the completion date was pushed back. I feel the customer service could be better especially on the communication end. Its now 8/14/17, after calling to see what time to pick up my vehicle, with no answer, I traveled to the location to find out the date has yet again been pushed out, without notice. The repairs look good though.

Only reason i gave a one star cause the auto body. Cause bruce some auto body guy didnt explain right on how things were gonna plan out..he charged me extra for a tailgate when he said he was gonna put it on my insurance..they like to trap people here so i wouldnt do my business here again..i warn u do the same

I went there to get a estimate on my car and the person who inspected my car was so rude!!!! Did not even look at anything that i had concerns about she just took pictures and handed me an estimate!!!! And said that they can only repair what they see!!

Worthless lifetime warranty! They did not use flex in the paint and now I have to pay to get it done right elsewhere. When asked, they said its not us and its not covered. Two cars and both are peeling within 5 years. AVOID Service King if you can.

Happened to be driving by when I got a "Low Tire" indicator on my dash. Even though it was close to closing time, and they are not a tire shop, they helped me no charge. Really impressed by their willingness to help. Great people.

Unfortunately Im familiar with Service King. Over the years they have worked on multiple vehicles Ive owned. They are the go to place to take your vehicle for any type of collision/hail repairs.
