If you have all the time in the world take it to this place because they will for sure take their sweet time repairing your vehicle. I had to keep calling them to get a progress report because if I didnt who knows till when I would have received my car. Got my front bumper replaced, painted & buffed along with my side fender replaced, painted & buffed after waiting for about 4 weeks for just that, one of the employees damaged the bottom of the bumper while they were driving it to the front for pick up. Didnt took in consideration that my car is low to the ground, wasnt careful & bend the tip of the bottom of the bumper. Now I been waiting a week & a half for it to get fixed even though it wasnt my fault. I even suggested to go pick up the replacement piece that was damaged to speed up the process & yet they still cant tell me by when it will be done.

Definitely the best body shop in the city. They take care of the paperwork, they deal with the adjusters, and no cheap, low quality jobs. This location is considered the overflow location of their main location a couple of miles east. Still, same respect and level of care. Dont get ripped of from that other body shop that self proclaimed itself "King" ;) Bring you business to B&D, you wont be disappointed. I am giving a proud 4 stars to B&D. Only thing that would make this place absolutely perfect would be if they had their own in-house vehicle rentals. Most people do carry rental on their auto policies, you may as well get in on that too. Having vehicle rental would essentially make B&D a full concierge service center. I am challenging you Bobby to make it happen. Keep up the great work everyone.

B&D sent a wrecker to pick up my car from the scene of my accident. They kept me informed, handled my adjuster and worked great with my insurance during the claim process. As soon as the adjuster appraised the damage they got to work fixing my vehicle. I am completely pleased with their hard work, how quickly they were able to finish my car, their professionalism, and their staff. There is no where else that I would trust with one of our vehicles. Plus it never hurts when the place you receive your rental car from has rave reviews about how quickly and efficiently B&D does their job! THANK YOU!!!!!

B & D Collision treated me with the most generous care after my auto accident. I only had my Jeep two days before someone collided with me and it ruined the experience of having my first car... Through all the emotional pain that i suffered because of the condition of the car that i saved up 8 months for, B & D auto saved me. Bobby Lee was a good man who shook my hand and greeted me everytime i saw his face. This is an auto body shop to remeber and i will most likely use their services many times in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with them, the whole experience was completely painless. When i got my vehicle back it looked just like it did before the damage happened. B&D is great! They fixed our bumper which had a football sized dent with large crack in it. It was repaired and looks brand new! The paint job is amazing! You cant even tell any work was completed. The owner is easy to talk to and understands what you want done. Office staff is very friendly. Great quality and fast service! We will send our friends!!

Took my car to get the front end pulled and front bumper repainted. Bobby took care of me and was punctual in the timeline he told me. Was not overcharged for the work done! Excellent paint job! Car looks brand new again. I would come back again as they have provided an honest service (hard to find with repair shops). Thanks!
