Recently my car was hit by someone trying to park. It was scraped up quite a bit on the passenger side. As is pretty standard, the insurance of the guy who hit my car let me choose where I wanted to get my car fixed. Ive been here 3 times before and they had always done a good job. I no longer live in Waxahachie, but I wanted to go to a place I felt like I could trust to do a good job. I missed part of work one day to make this work to bring it there. When I got my car after the repairs were done, I had to head straight to work. I didnt really have time to really look at it. When I got home that night, I realized the passenger door handle and other scrapes along the side of the door were still scraped up. The guys insurance had suggested a full replacement of parts. I asked that they keep the original parts because I havent even had the car very long. As far as I know they may have replaced the fender, but the rest they buffed and painted as I asked. They still charged the full $1,400 and as I said before did a crappy job. It hasnt even been a month, and the paint is coming off in some places. The guys insurance only gave me a rental for five days for repair so I just have to live with the crappy job they did because I cant afford to miss more work or to pay for a rental myself. Bringing my car here is a huge regret, and lesson learned I would never go here again.

The very most WORST PLACE TO EVER TAKE UR vehicle Not only was a service poor but the quality of their work was very poor honestly felt like I took my vehicle to Traders Village. total when I dropped my vehicle nobody went over anything with me. I was just told that they would contact me as soon as my vehicle was done. when I picked up my vehicle nobody walked me outside and went over what they did they just handed me the keys and that was that. So I get home and start inspecting my vehicle and noticed that there are several things that wasnt done right so I had to take my vehicle back up there total inconvenience horrible place

Pulled in because I need an estimate. Asked if I needed an appointment, the receptionist did not answer, she just smiled and said just a minute, then said it will be just a few an estimator is not available, please take a seat. I did, 3:15 pm. At 3:38 I left because an estimator spent 12 minute talking about the weather while looking at the radar on the computer with some guy from the shop, stopped when asked by another estimator to look at a dent for some guy that is having a windshield installed. the whole time he could have been taking care of a customer that was waiting instead of goofing off. Their to busy for my business.

Absolutely love this company, any time one of ours vehicles is damaged, Ryan from our office takes it to Ellis County Auto, they go over the accident and repairs needed, get an estimate, we get the quote back very quickly, send to our insurance and then we schedule a time to drop off, sometime they are busier than others, but they always seem to take care of us and our vehicles. Excellent customer service! Maggie at the front desk was an absolute doll professional and courteous. Jarrett Pendley was very knowledgeable and really a pleasure to talk to. The body man got all of the body lines perfect, every panel fit and all body gaps match top to bottom (Im pretty picky). The paint is smooth and flawless. I would recommend Ellis County to anyone who wants professional quality work and an overall enjoyable experience.
