Wish I could do 0 stars for this place. I used this place for almost 1 year and had 2 units to work from. To start off with when we did the intial walk around for our office suite they documented the previous tenets paint on the floor in multiple places, on move out day since the people working in the office had changed they "lost" our records of it, and all the sudden we are out of a deposit. everyone we talked to is basically all paying different rent rates and we feel its to drive people out like us. When first signing up I was told automotive work was perfectly fine, as time went by we were constantly told "dont do this, dont do that" to the point we could essentially only store the cars there and thats when we decided to leave. We were told the rent would increase by the end of the year anyways. This place is insanely overpriced for what it is and what you can actually do here. I would never ever recommend this facility to another person unless they feel like being robbed. They drove up all the long term users rent cost so they would leave. (saw atleast 6 units empty within a week). Great location thats run by the wrong people.

I am a current tenant here with 3 units. Before U.S storage Center purchased this facility, the gates were open from 9am-5pm for there business park tenants. Since there purchase the gates are always now closed and Delivery drivers and Customers are given a hard time to get into the facility. Management says they go by the book and the rules are enforced. However some tenants have more rights then others. Favoritism exist at the property. Some tenants are allowed to place banners on the front entry gate with the gate code advertised. While other tenants can not have the post man deliver mail. Trash can is always full too. Its a Scratch and win to walk over and empty your trash. However the General Manager Mr. Johnny is very professional and understanding. I appreciate the way he is trying to find the proper solution for his employees and property.

We leased an office/warehouse unit for 6 months. I can not say enough great things about this place. Sharon and the front office have always been amazing. After only a couple days there, we felt like family. We are sad to leave, but business opportunities elsewhere are calling. The rates are very reasonable, its in a great and convenient part of town, and they do a great job of maintaining the property. We particularly love the gated access. So, even if you only use this for personal use, its an excellent choice. All the tenants that we met and talked to are great and we all looked out for each other. There is an excellent mix of businesses in there. We will miss everyone- like I said- they all felt like family. Highly recommend! A++++

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service is horrible plus the high rates just makes things worse. I chose this place because of the location and how close it was to my house, but I regret it now. CJ is the guy who I worked out my stuff with, and he was very unprofessional because he lied about things and would not be straight forward. The customer service could have been better if the workers including CJ werent so disrespectful. They did not care about my problems, and were only interested in getting paid. Avoid using this storage place if you can. You can probably find a better place because trust me, its not worth the headache and frustration.

I am also a business owner in this complex which is very dissatisfied with U.S Storage centers. They have also increased the rent without proper notification and the service is poor. My vehicles have been broken into at nights. The facility has cameras but are not monitored. There is a pothole the size of a VW bug and it hasnt been repaired for over 3 months. Management is very poor. Have asked all the units to give a 5 star review only to back stab us by increase the rent by 35% All the business suites are the same however they are charging different rates on preference. Shady Company, be ware!!!

My move-in experience has been great ; from day one, the staff has been really helpful getting me in and settled. I love having 24 hour access to my unit, and theres plenty of lighting and security cameras for your safety. I recommend US STORAGE CENTERS PLANO to all my friends and family ! If youre looking for a clean, safe and spacious storage unit with a friendly staff that cares about pleasing the customer, I recommend calling or stop by and speaking to C J and the rest of the staff and see for yourself; theyre the best kept secret in Plano !. Thankyou C J for all your help in making my stay the best ever!

Integreen Office

We too have an office and warehouse space here, while the office staff are very friendly, the 33% rate increase with a few days notice is unbelievable. We are a small business and that kind of increase will be detrimental to our business. We pay our rent on time, as it is drafted directly from our account. This type of business is shady, at best. The property itself does have multiple problems, the giant pothole that could eat up any vehicle at the front, the trash can always being full and parking is an issue. Well stand united with our other small businesses here to ensure fairness.

My rent has been raised to the point where I am forced to leave. I have been a good tenant for over 3 years. I dont run a business out of my unit. It seems that because so many people over here use their space to make money the management takes advantage, raising rents without notice because they know people will pay more rather than putting the business through the turmoil of moving. Other people park in front of my unit on a regular basis. Trash is always full!!! It is a prime location and it has 24 hour access. Other than that I dont recommend this place.

Love this place! Moved in here just two months ago and as my business has expanded so has my need for more space. The manager, Sharon is great. She found a solution for me in one day and I just signed a new lease allowing me to expand my business. A bigger warehouse is my next step and Im certain they will have the solution for me. Thanks for all your help and the excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend this place. Property manager Sh.. is great. She contacted me right away after I submitted an inquiry online. She didn’t just answer what I had inquired about but went out of her way to understand my needs. In the end she offered a solution which was not only better but also saved me money. I have now been there for about a month and ongoing support has been phenomenal.

Im a tenant here and they towed my car here when I was working inside of my shop. CJ is a pathelogical liar and a two face person. The rates are high here and the shops have no AC at all and if you want to put AC they charge you a deposit fee. Overall dont waste your money and time. They sit on their chairs and steal your money. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
