This is a great place. Its reasonably priced, accessible, and I especially liked the tall ceiling in my unit. The customer service is excellent and friendly; special thanks to Naressa! I wish gates were open a little bit longer (they close at 9pm), but thats not a big issue. I had a similar sized unit in the same area that had lower ceilings that was climate-controlled. This place saved me about 30% though it is not climate controlled.

I went to public storage to look into getting a storage unit since my apartment had flooded and I met naressa. She was a very pleasant and loving woman. She assisted me and my husband with all our rental needs.... She was truly a blessing.... She has a very calm and understanding demeanor about her self. Because of the excellent care she will always have a customer for life. Public storage needs more people like naressa

This is a great location. John and Amanda were both very helpful and friendly. One thing that I was a little surprised at was that the 5x10 unit outside unit that I got had a door that was a bit smaller than the entrance. It was about the width of a regular household door so you may have a bit of trouble getting larger furniture into it.

I expected this process to be unpleasant and expensive but it wasnt at all. I reserved my unit online in less than 10 minutes. John called me within 1 day to confirm and go over details with me. When I went to pay and pick up keys, he couldnt have been easier to work with! Very pleased.

Ive been storing my items at this location for more than 6 months now. This location is convenient because it is right off the freeway. It is always clean and the access is easy. I recommend this Public Storage location to anyone who is looking for a place to store their items.
