Ive been at this storage for over 2 years and the other day my storage door broke and they left my stuff wide open and is still open. I got very upset and yelled and screamed a little which I think anybody would do the same now they are kicking me out of the storage and Ive always payed rent on time and been there over 2 years. you can never talk to anybody else but the manager on site and she never allows you to talk with anybody else but her. also the camera system sucks and does not cover all areas. this storage has also been broke into 4 or 5 times since ive been there and they never do anything about it at all. a poor old man got his trailer stolen and he moved out of course. also the front gate always acts up and either stays open all the time for at least a couple days before they get somebody to fix it or it locks you in the storage they ARE SUPER SUPER SLOW AT FIXING ANYTHING AND THE MAINTENCE PEOPLE THERE ARE THE LAZIEST PEOPLE I KNOW. THE ONLY REASON I STAYED THERE FOR 2 YEARS IS BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO ME AND THE MANAGER CHESTA LET ME WORK ON CARS INSIDE AND OUT OF MY UNIT WHICH WAS NICE BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A STRUGGLE THE WHOLE TIME WORKING WITH CHESTA AND THIS COMPANY ITS TO BAD I COULDNT SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE CAUSE IM SURE THEY WOULD OF UNDERSTOOD

I am in the process of getting legal representation against this place. I had been with this storage place for 6 years, and had no problems until they had a break-in, and crooks broke into 12 units which one was mine. They took everything.......papers, books, CDs, purses, shoes, printer, photos, etc. Now why would they need personal items like papers and pictures? According to Kandice, they had one suspect. I called and asked her to have a Mgr call me, they NEVER did. How did these people get in was the question. They needed a code, and they did have one. I think it was an inside job. There are cameras, and the times, and license plates when people come in and out. Also your code tells you who you are, so I still dont understand this break in. Im not resting until I get closure. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYBODY.

I have used Watson and Taylor self storage for about ten years now and consider Chesta the manager at the facility on LBJ to be family ( been through all the holidays! huh girl?!! lol ) her customer service skills are incredible and she really does go far and above her job duties - I actually get a courtesy call when she has not heard from me that month and I really appreciate her reaching out to me regarding my space and or anything else! Thank you Chesta for all you do!!! and Thank you Watson Taylor for taking care of part of my life (that you are keeping safe!) Fawn A. Jordan yeah yeah you all get 3 STARS!!!

worst storage cracked cement everywhere. gates always broken. the manager kandis is rude and disrespectful wont answer your questions or work with you at all. a friend referred me and I said im only signing up if he gets a refer and she said o yeah hell get a 50 dollar refer its going on 3 months now and he still has not received his refer. I went in to ask kandis about it and she would not answer my question at all and got a attitude and told me to leave her office. the lady is very rude and mean and needs help with help people skills

Ive been renting a unit here for the past 3 months Location is excellent, near 75 & 635 as well as the DART station @ LBJ Central. The units are neat and clean. The manager Michael is by far the best part of this site. He was very friendly, personable, and very helpful. As someone who works in Customer Service, his level of courtesy and professionalism is incredibly high and Id highly recommend this business for anyone looking for storage in the Dallas area.

I have been renting a storage unit from here for almost a year now and I have never had any issues are problems. I can make my payments online which is really convienent for me and the staff has always been nice and very courteous. What I love most about the unit is that its not very far from my home and the prices are very reasonable and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who is out of room and need a place to store extra items. My husband and I moved from Tulsa to Dallas. We went with Move It Self Storage because Michael Lam was so helpful on the phone. When we arrived he was just as great. He even offered to help us unload our moving truck after his shift was over (who does that?!). He remembered our names, was very personable and professional. Excellent customer service very convenient location I got locked in one night and called the 800 number and they were ready to help me get out. if i had to have a storage unit im glad i chose this location. The lady who helped me I believe was the regional manager and she was excellent. very helpful... gave me all of my options and was cheerful while doing it
