Under staffed. Fair price for repair on my 98 mersedes s420 due to overheating. Presumed cause of overheating was water pump, got vehicle back after a month of walie working or not working on it. Within a day of having the car back it overheated again. When I checked the hood wires were left loose on heater fan . Paid 160$ in towing fees to have him do a proper job that he messed up. Overall does not seem to be a thoral mechanic and care less with my investment and time ....still after two months have gotten back my vehicle 04/20/2016. Aparently it takes two months to fix an overheating problem. Overall waste of time and money verry unprofessional and rookie job

Fair, very honest, experienced. This is my favorite car repair place, though they arent fancy. Not pushy to get you to do things that arent necessary - but will let you know what could become a problem. Husband and wife - hes the mechanic - very kind and appreciative of your business. If you dont have a mechanic in the family, then you should be using Precision Auto. They treat me like Im part of the family and I know they are concerned that my vehicles be in top shape and safe to travel.

Wally was great , we broke down on July 3rd 2013 and being from Beaumont we didnt know who to call. I Googled auto repair and Precision showed up. I read the reviews and thought the gripes were not the end all. I got a quote from my son in law back home and Precision was cheaper. Wally fixed it on the 4rth of July and came in way under the quote . I would recommend this shop to all strangers passing through , They are honest , fair , and fast .

This place is great! Im not from red oak but my car broke down while in the area. This place has the best prices on equipment and labor. Got quoted more than $800 for my timing belt elsewhere but these guys did a great job for hundreds less. Low overhead, little shop but Id rather support small business than Kuick Kars. This is where Im going from now on. GT

Brought my car in to have the heater car replaced. While reassembling caused a short in the turn signal curcuit under the dash. Fixed It by replacing a 15 amp fuse with a 30 amp fuse. Instead of burning out the fuse it caused a small electrical fire under the dash. Totaled the car.

Wally has been working on my & my family vehicles for more than a decade and he has always put us back on the road at the most affordable price in town. Honest and repair man are -- for the first time -- not an oxymoron. Will definately keep coming back as long as he is in business!!!

Quality and friendly service, not to mention fast. I had an electrical issue that needed to be fixed the day I brought it in. Wally had the problem fixed within 8 hours of bringing it to him. He has earned himself a regular customer for as long as Im in the area.
