I will never take my car to them again!!! They tried to fix the front axle on the passenger side and the wheel bearing, when I picked my car up the check engine light was on, it wasnt on when it broke down on me, I drove my car and it started making weird sounds like something was dragging, it also smelled like something was burning. I called Eagle Transmission right away and they want me to pay a 50.00 dollar towing fee, had they test drove my car they wouldve known something was wrong. I gave them 500.00 to fix my car and I still cant drive it. Im filing a complaint against them with the BBB. I called and spoke with Jerry, I told him that I needed my car or my daughter and I would be stranded and this is the service I received. I wish it would let my put "Zero Stars"!!! Felicia

Got rebuilt transmission installed in my 2002 Acura TL in June 2014, died in October 2014. My car has been there for 8 business days and is still not ready. Theyve told me Ill have my car "tomorrow" twice already and still I have no car. When I do get my car back Im not sure Ill have much reason to trust it. The people I do talk to tell me theyll follow up with me to let me know the progress, Ive not gotten any phone calls. I have to call every day, only to find out it will be ready "tomorrow." Again, its been 8 days and counting...

Dont go to Eagle Transmission!! I had my transmission rebuilt in my Dodge truck in August 2013 and Ive had to take my truck back six times. My trucks still jerks, it leaks and my overdrive light just comes on when it feelings like it. Ive talked to and sent e-mails to the owner (Jerry) of this place at least five times. The in store manager it nothing close to professional and I still have to get my transmission fixed $1,900 dollars later. Do not use this place to work on your car or truck!!! dated 08/05/2014

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Transmission, during a very stressful time. The expert and honest people @ Eagle were very honest and helpful. They did a phenomenal job at communicating with us every step of the process. We never felt vulnerable or taken advantage of they all were experts at their jobs and will stand behind their work 100%. It was a pleasure being treated very christian like and we would highly recommend their services to everyone! They are very price competitive.

Whining in drivetrain. Owner asked me a series of questions the last of which was did I change tires. I had to put two new on front due to nail in sidewall. He advised me that on AWD all four have to be changed together, otherwise the transfer case gets in a bind. I drove straight to tire shop had two identical tires put on rear. Whine is GONE. Thank you so much. Mechanic wanted to change out rear end, dealer thought drive shaft. Saved me so much money!

A computer component in my 2006 Mazda 3s transmission shorted out. These guys went above and beyond in the diagnostic process and then were able to find a good used replacement part because the official Mazda part was on a multi month national back order. To top it off they gave me a great and honest price, I know that they could have charged a whole lot more but they were more concerned with building a lasting customer relationship!

Very friendly, service-minded and honest. They solved my problem promptly and did not try to do any up-selling or unnecessary maintenance service. When checking my car they even called and told that some of the maintenance service I had asked for, was not necessary because it had been done recently. I did not know the maintenance history of the car because I had just purchased it, so I was very happy with the honesty.

Really impressed with the service, my daughter just got her first car and we ran into an issue with the a/c shortly after purchasing. The team at Eagle was able to quickly diagnose and find the problem while providing options to resolve that were economical and friendly on the wallet. Quick, professional service at an affordable price. I generally perform all of my own maintenance but A/C work is difficult to do without the proper tools/equipment. Eagle performed the repair for a little more than one half of what the dealer wanted. I also believe that Eagle has a better warranty and they certainly have better customer service. Kudos to the crew.

I have had a transmission rebuilt on my Ford F-150 at this place. The differential was rebuilt well over a year ago. Never had a problem with them. They require you to come back after a couple weeks to ensure there is no oil leak and if there is ... theyll replace the seal at no cost on the spot. First rate mechanics. Id recommend them to anybody.

DO NOT! Go here! They told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt and cost 2100.00 and when I took it to another transmission shop. Found out it wasnt even transmission problem it was wheel bearings and 700.00 later my problem is fixed. They tried to get me to rebuild transmission when it didnt even need it! CROOKS!!!

Highly recommend ! Jerry was very helpful, he made sure to go above and beyond even when he was off the clock. I took my M5 in his shop, and he was there even for the platform drop-off making sure the AAA person was carful when putting it on the ground, while keeping me updated of the whole process. Great experience

Gotta say they promised 4 days and they delivered !!! One of our tow trucks blew a trans they had it rebuilt and installed when they said they would !!! and gave a great price that no one else could beat !!! will use them again ....
