Where to start. I used to get work done here regularly, and put up with long waits to save money. I loved getting help from Derek and Cory and a few others, but since this past August (2016) things really seem to have declined. This is now an auto shop that does all it can to avoid working on cars. "Sorry, your oil plug might be cross threaded, so we cant service your vehicle". "Sorry, the nail is at too steep of an angle to patch it". "We cant find the lifetime rotate and balance.. No wait, here it is.. Shoot, your tires are choppy even though you got them a week ago and have only driven about 50 miles. So no warranty anymore. Sorry". "Our vacuum is broken again". " We cant air your tires to 32 when your door calls for 30". "I know we just opened, and you are the first person in line, but it is a ln hour wait till we can get you in for an oil change." "Umm. I no understand. Sorry. I get someone speak English". "That will be $20.xx.. You mean you didnt ask for a put crew? Ohh.. You wanted synthetic?". "Our computer said we had the tires, but we really dont". "Your oil pan is dented slightly on the opposite side of the oil plug, so we cant do your oil change". "What do you mean you have change missing? We only vaccum the carpet...". "We locked your keys in your car". "No, your carpet had oil shoe prints on it when you came in"... Shall I continue? Save yourself the headache. All the good techs are gone.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I went in two different days for tires on the back end of my pickup. the first day I got there at 6 an they were understaffed so they pulled my truck into the garage and told me at 6:45 "we probably wont get to it, come back later and we will give you a discount." I came back the following Monday and they agreed they would give me a discount(never specified an amount) and they pulled my truck in the garage. a few seconds later, some idiot comes back to tell me I need to buy four tires or two of a smaller size because Walmart cannot mix and match. I BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN WITH 205/70s on the front and 205/75s on the back, I wasnt asking them to mix and match I simply wanted the rear tires replaced with the same size. I left so find my truck smelling like gasoline, the seat moved forward ALL the way, and dirty oil all over my steering wheel. I REALLY DID HATE THIS PLACE.

Im still sitting here an hour later and they havent even gotten my car in to do the tires when they said theyd get it back there shortly. My biggest problem with this visit is that I called last night, and they said they only had 2 of my tires on hand, and that if I drove to a different Wal-Mart and got 2 tires and brought them with theyd waive all installment, valve what not charges. I get here, question them, and they deny the offer that their staff gave to me last night. If it wasnt for the fact that I need to get this done now, Id fricken leave right away!!!!! A couple just did because they were told that theyd be out in less than an hour and they were just told itd be 3 more hours. Very very poor service, and when I get my car back Im gonna give them my personal guarantee that Ill never be returning to this auto center again!!!!!!

I dont really care where I get my oil changed, but this is for sure the worst place I have found in the FM area. Twenty minutes to close, no cars in the bay and they wouldnt do an oil change. This place has always been the slowest to get them done. On top of all that after walking through the store for a few minutes all the doors where locked and the staff where just talking and the CSM was there and when I asked to get out to my car they told me the doors are locked. I mean whatevs there are plenty of better places to go in the FM area.

I was here for two hours to replace a single headlight, only for them to tell me they didnt have one. I had to drive to a parts store and back to buy one, then wait for three more hours before finally going up to the counter, asking for my vehicle back and paying. I am now at a different repair place, two days later, because as it turns out, the bulb was never even fixed! Five hours of waiting for nothing. I wish I could give them zero stars.

We were just at the Dilworth Auto Center to buy 2 tires. My boyfriend went and grabbed them himself brought them up to pay for them and the staff helped everyone that came in after him but not him. Then an older gentlemen came in and made a comment about noone working. That man walked into the back and asked if anyone was working and all of a sudden there was 3 workers able to help the one guy doing everything. I think this needs to be fixed.
