The technicians were friendly the desk guy seemed to be the manager was friendly let them know I was traveling the manager gave me a number for detail shop. I got to Austin TX stopped for fuel went outside and noticed the underneath of the car was hanging by two bolts I unscrewed them and got about 50 miles down the highway heard a noise and something flew off underneath my car!! I looked and couldnt see where the piece came off was a large piece of plastic got to San Antonio stopped again checked the oil and seen hoses hanging in my fender wheel that was the other piece of plastic!! Now Saturday after 6pm no answer closed on Sunday!! All the way to Laredo now!! They charged me $92.25 for an oil change and air filter...Walmart did an oil change and lifetime rotate and balance for $57.00 and nothing fell off my car!!!!

Really rip off people...I have tires with less that 5k and they tried telling me they are in really bad shape. They want $300 for a rear brake job that has at least according to them 10% life left! They claim both my front bearings are loose and lower tie rods need replaced! If my tools where at home and not at work I could do the work myself but I really doubt that the repairs are necessary $500? For removing cleaning bearings and repacking and tie rod end replaced? Several places in town advertise Repacking is $75 a wheel but they are closed week ends!

Im new to Red Oak and needed a couple of small things done: brake light bulb, windshield wipers and an oil change. They took care of all of it in less than 30 minutes even though they were busy. The prices seemed about right and the staff is terrific. I would recommend them for at least car-care basics. Oh, and they have a one-cup coffee maker, so a fresh cup was in my hand within seconds. Its the little things that make a difference.

These guys are really friendly and competent. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need, prices are competitive, and they have cutting edge equipment that others in the area dont seem to have. I thought that this was just an oil changing store, but they do complete factory service - pretty handy.
