Told the mechanic that Im sure its Spark plugs and coil, he acted like I didnt know what I was talking about, did diagnostics (which takes 10min) and comes out with some story that its the mass air flow sensor...gave him the benefit of a doubt, cause hey Im not a mechanic, Im an engineer. Took almost 2 hours to install (funny part as was, I saw him ordering a pizza and eating while he was working on my car) $400 dollars later...still the same problem. Then Richie (the guy I would normally go to, that works there) shows up and tells that I need to replace spark plugs and coil. Went to Hyundai, they explained to me that mass air flow would really have nothing to do with the issue, telling me its spark plug and coil, my co-workers took a look at my car, (complete muscle car enthusiast) theyre saying the same. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe I was just conned.

A ripoff. I went to get my car fixed and paid about 400 bucks. I had to go back 3-4 times without any resolution. Now they say I need to get more things fixed that would cost me another grand and they do not guarantee it will work. I paid for 1.5 hours of labor and the thing they did took less than 20 minutes. I requested them that since it did not take more than an hour, charge for 1 hour but wave 1/2 hour but they bluntly refused claiming it took 1.5 hours. I said it took 1 hour for my damn car to cool down, which it was parked outside. That does not count. There is a certified Auto tech board outside this place. That should be ripped off and this sham should be shut down permanently. Dishonest, unprofessional, conman.

FEES FEES!!!!! Richie charges a $25 daily fee for having car on lot even if it is on the rack with tires off. Ask Richie about storage fees before you have car looked at. Also get a signed receipt with day car is dropped off so you dont have argue questionable fees like an idiot for a half hour. Aside from this last event my family really enjoyed working with Richie. As far as quality of work, he seems talented. This being said I would have given them 5 stars if they didnt begin upcharge program.

This place is TERRIBLE! The worst customer service and the tech smells like a bottle of booze. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car, but wanted to keep charging me to run the diagnostic on it, I paid the first time to figure out the issue!! The "manager" isnt helpful, and the other day little did he know i was infront of him, but he flipped me off as he passed me because i wasnt going fast enough!

Great service. I go here for my oil changes and today I went in for one and explained to the guy that a month before I had accidentally hit a steel belted tire in the middle of the road that messed up my bumper and engine guard. He immediately offered to fix it for just an extra $30 and said it should be done in about a half hour. Highly recommend for their customer service and immediate attention!

Crooks! Owner of the shop tried to charge me close to $500 for a cable harness. I can go-to pick n pull get it for less or anywhere so for that matter. Ended up take my car to Crandall in Carrollton and they charged me 120 for the damn harness. Beware when going here the mechanics are solid, its the owner thats trying to mark up the prices and act like hes doing you a favor.

I went to this shop for the first time today and let me tell you, this shop is where you need to go for any kind of car repair. Make sure you talk to Richie though. I got my oil changed, starter repaired, and got new tires with balancing done. I got all this done for the price that the shop down the street was charging me for just a new set of tires. I rate this place A+++

A friendly young man was ready to inspect my VW CC upon my arrival. There is a mini mart with the usual items available for purchase, and chairs by the free local literature - like Green Sheet. I was on my way home with the required docs in hand in less than 15 minutes. I cant imagine a better TX State Vehicle Inspection Experience.

Brought my car in for routine maintenence and left with A BROKEN CAR. Asked for the car to be repaired or a refund and received NO help from the manager or owner. NO CERTIFICATIONS EITHER. Might as well just ask your your wifes friends uncle to do what you need for a case of beer. At least then you know what youre getting.

Searchers beware! The reviews dated Aug. 27-Sept.7 appear questionable. They are (a) tightly clustered over a 2-week period, (b) uniformly 5-star, (c) contain frequent mentions of the location of the business, and (d) sound more like an advertisement and services offered by the business.

They are amazing! I got my oil changed here and needed some repairs and they Charged me a third of the price I was quoted somewhere else to get my radiator and thermostat replaced. Very friendly staff as well. :) :)
