I have had several experiences to use Autoscope and they are fantastic. I have a 2009 C300 and 2014 E350. Before I give you any more detail I want to preface it with I grew up the son of an automotive repair shop owner and mechanic and saw how my dad operated for many years before retiring and they do it the same way.......great customer service, fair price and they have great people from the front desk to the repair areas who treat your car like it is their own. I know in the automotive repair industry it is hard to find someone that you can trust not only to do the work but only charge you for what you need repaired. These guys are the real deal and I trust them with both of my cars. I tried one of those places that sells tires and tries to repair foreign cars and I had slight oil leak on the C300 and they said it would take hours and that they werent sure if they could do it. I called autoscope and not only did they do it, but they didnt on a Saturday and the price was substantially lower the tire place trying to repairs and the dealership. I was very pleased. Now, the E350 still under warranty had a bluetooth what I called clarity issue in be able to hear with all phones. 2 Mercedes dealerships tried no less than 6 times to repair and they couldnt and said nothing was wrong. Not true as it was inaudible to hear people. I took it to Autoscope and they took care of the issue and it now works and I cant tell you how grateful and thankful I am as it is now safer for me to use my phone and I can hear without having to guess or ask people to repeat themselves many times or turnoff bluetooth. You can try all of the others, but Autoscope gets it and they are simply the best! Great service for a fair price! You can listen to other people, but remember I am the son of a mechanic and I am extremely picky about who repairs my car and Autoscope is my place. I like them so much that I am going to buy new tires online and have them shipped to them and have them put them on when we need them next. They are 5 stars!

About 2 months ago I brought my BMW 530i in for service to Autoscope. The oil service light was on and so I took it in for service. The car has approximately 61k miles on it and is in very good shape or so I thought. Upon showing up I was greeted at the door by Rick the Service Manager. Told him the Oil light was on and to see if there was any other concerns. After a few hours I received a phone call concerning my vehicle. He informed of other services that were recommended that I did not know about. He also mentioned some safety items that needed to be addressed which I was thrilled to hear about and made my mind a little bit more at ease. I went ahead with the optional repairs with the confidence they were saving me from further issues, and since then my vehicle has performed extremely well with no issues. There were other european shops around but their online site and other reviews gave me the go ahead to trust this shop. The only downside is the place is kind of hidden behind other buildings so if hadnt of found it online and wasnt recommended from a friend I may not have seen it driving by. I will be having them service my car on the next interval which they politely informed me about on my arrival. Price is highly competitive with the quality of work they did. (Way better then the dealerships Ive been to).

I took my Porsche Boxster in today and had them perform a 60,000 maintenance checkup/inspection. I called yesterday for an appointment and it was nice not to wait for an opening. During the checkup they found an issue with oil leaking on my spark plugs which I had them fix. Total Cost: ~ $1,300, with 300 or so being the spark plug fix. The dealership in town quoted me $1,600 and that was without any additional labor & part costs if anything needed repair. There is an Enterprise rental place right next door which is nice if you need a car for the day. Autoscope offers a shuttle to and from your location but I decided a rental car would be better for me personally. The rental was not included (Autoscope is not a affiliated with them) but when I took my Porsche in to the Porsche dealership off Lemon they did not comp a rental car either so I am not going to hold that against anyone. All in all, I got great service, didnt have to wait for an opening, and saved a bunch of money. They cleaned my car and filled my tires with Nitrogen which was a nice touch. I will definitely go back for any Boxster fixes.

Had the car there for a bunch of work last year. They ordered my parts and I overpaid for them. Some parts were ordered by me. All parts were promised by Thursday. Well, the parts came end but a few pieces were not at the shop so they decided to wait one more day. The parts arrived on Friday but the tech assigned to my car was off. In fact, the guy had a three day weekend. My car didnt get touched till the following week as my EXPENSIVE parts sat around the shop. The brakes have never been as good as when I brought the car in. It was time for a brake job but they still worked PERFECTLY. With new rotors and pads the car should feel awesome. BUT, it does not. Looks like excessive brake dust was causing me problems. They should have cleaned off the calipers, IMO. $220 for brakes on the front and they just threw it together. The work I requested wasnt done. Work I didnt request WAS done. My brakes feel crappy still today, possible early rotor fade. The right tools were NOT used when servicing my car. And, my paint was damaged while in their possession.

These guys are straight up THUGS !!!! Went for an oil change and after they did that they explained that rear shocks were completely done with and needed replacement ASAP since theres no fluid remaining in the shocks. Per the mechanic, he claimed he when he had the car on lift, he could push the tires up and they went up with hand force without any resistance, meaning shocks are bad..Quoted me $1400 for the change. I didnt get it done. Took it to my mechanic who lifted the car, and he had me, himself, and two other workers apply immense pressure to push the tire and it wouldnt budge. He drove the car and came back and said theres absolutely nothing wrong with the shocks and they are working per specifications. I called Autoscope and they apologied and offered free oil change.. If you do decide to take your car there, not sure why, but if you do then go over the estimate, bail out of that facility, go to another place and double verify before dishing out thousands to these snakes..DAMN MECHANIC,,,straight up liars..

Dallas Location off of Ferguson & Oates..They were awesome when they were under a different management! Now they have a new manager Ralphy (something like that) they are rude & just want to milk you for ALL of your $. i went in w/a problem and picked it up it ran 10times worse than when i took it in!! I took it back to them to see what the problem was and he said that he will take a look at it and see what they did wrong maybe the left something off, none the less i get a call tellng me that they corrected the problem and it was ready, i go in to get my keys to check it out not only do they have my keys i have another invoice waiting for me,to be paid for $700!!!!! So they put another part on it did NOT even give me a call to see if that was fine or even if i had the $ to pay for it. When i said this to him he said all that he could do was either remove the part or just not charge me for the labor! I will never go back I am speaking w/a lawyer now, preparing a civil suit!
