Im very particular when it comes to anybody else handling my car. However, upon hearing from my close friends about European Service Center and the way they take care of their customers cars, I went in for a parts installation on my BMW M3. I was beyond impressed at the level of detail their technicians had and the manager Josh was super knowledgeable. They are all passionate car enthusiasts themselves, who like me, pay careful attention to details and they do all the work thoroughly. I have been to ESC Uptown several times now, and I can confidently attest that these guys know European Cars from BMW to Benz to Jags to Rovers. They are very courteous and their work is phenomenal. I have been to many dealers and I have had numerous Euro Cars like Audi, BMW and Benz. I just have to say if you need your Euro car serviced or something modified go to these guys. They are the best in the Dallas Metroplex Area and their rates are good too!

Unfortunate I found my self in need of some repair on my vehicle recently. After searching around and asking several close friends for the best place to take my vehicle, I was told about European Service. Fortunately I listened. Every one that I had the pleasure of speaking with was knowledgeable and willing to explain every step of the repair to me throughout the entire of the process. I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind, and that I was not just being sold a bunch of unnecessary repair. The entire repair was also done in a timely manor getting me back on the road quickly. Hopefully I will not be needing any more repair any time soon, but if I should I will be going back to European Service Center Uptown.

As a member of the North Texas Bimmer club and having owned multiple BMWs, I can say that I only trust a handful of mechanics (besides myself) with any of my cars. This being said, Ive taken two of my mint BMWs to ESC and watched their mechanics work on them with a keen eye in order to ensure that everything was done properly. They were more than accommodating and didnt mind me hovering over them while working. After building trust with them, I can now say that I would allow them to perform any maintenance needed without hesitation. Their shop is one of the cleanest Ive ever been in, and I have been in (and worked in) a few. I recommend this shop to all who are in the area.

These guys were great. Literally revived my BMW Z3 Roadster from the dead. I told them I was not in a hurry to get it back if they were busy, but they got on it that day anyway. They replaced my fuel pump and fuel filter and cleaned out the gas tank from a lot of old gas that had just been sitting there. They checked all the belts and updated my software (which had not been done before) and the whole thing cost a lot less than what I thought it would and probably a whole lot less than a dealership would charge. This place will get all my mechanical work from now on.

These people are UNBELIEVABLE! While traveling my BMW broke down in the middle of rush hour traffic. Richard, after learning I had 2 dogs with me, came to my rescue. My dogs, and I were welcome to sit in their waiting room for 3 hours while he stayed late(8pm) to repair my car. My son has now been in twice. Today was the best, his oil had never been changed. Josh suggested using a super duper engine cleaner first, instead of replacing the engine. It worked! Absolutely the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable and accommodating people you could ever do business with.

When it comes to me selecting an auto repair shop for my BMW M3 I wont settle for anything but the best, thats why I take my M3 to European Service Center. Their service is among the highest quality I have ever received. They have expertly trained mechanics that know what theyre doing and if there is a way they can save you money they will do it. Be careful when calling for quotes, might try to throw you off with made up parts like an "adapter plug" when dealing with a transmission filter. If yall can tell me what that is and what it does (not the port to charge phones and such haha) Id be more than willing to change the rating. They also decided not to tell me when I asked about what it was over the phone.

Staff was great. Upfront and honest about what they could achieve with my car (2002 Audi S8) and regardless, tried to address the repairs I had asked of them. Prompt with calls keeping me up to date on the status of repairs all at a reasonable cost. I will definitely utilize them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone whom might ask.

Have had my car serviced and worked on since day one of owning my 2011 Bmw 335i, Josh and his team really knows their stuff whether its your traditional maintenance or performance/after market work I highly recommend them. I will commute nearly an hour each time to bring it here knowing Im always in great hands!! Kudos!!

If you have a european car that is no longer under warranty European Service Center is a great place to visit. They are honest, straight shooters who have done a great job on my 07 Jaguar XK. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the great service they have provided.
