Brought a used 2006 Honda Accord EX in that I was interested in purchasing. One hour and about $70 later I had the complete run down on the vehicle. Let me know what shape it was in, what would probably need replaced at some point, what the vehicle was really worth, and answered all my questions concisely and with a customer service attitude. The shop doesnt look like much from the outside, but then the whole area doesnt look like much. However, you will notice that there are a lot of repair and service shops ranging from Honda to BMW to Mercedes with paint and body and glass shops sprinkled throughout. But dont let the shops exterior fool you. The guys inside are professional, the shop is clean, maintained, and very well kept. The whole place seems very organized. I dont think Ive seen a shop anywhere else that is as well run as this one, and that includes dealers shops. They are located right next to Texas Instruments on the far side of Floyd Circle. Just look for the place with all the Hondas parked out front. I would definitely take my now purchased Honda back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone with a Honda.

My son is in Dallas working the summer as a College Intern and noticed a strange noise coming from his 2001 Honda Accord. We quickly researched shops near him and found Hondew. My son took his car by today and they did a free check and found nothing wrong. Rather than just start replacing parts these guys did the honest thing and checked out his car and told him to come back if the sound returns (no charge). My son will definitely bring his car back if the sound returns and we will update this review. These days its hard to find good honest auto repair shops, but it looks like Hondew Shop is one. Thanks Marshall. It gives my wife and I piece of mind knowing you and your team will help look after our sons car when he is away in Dallas.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I went to get an Acura Integra (year 2000) checked out twice. The staff was very honest and made it clear what needed to be fixed and what didnt. Had a timing belt replaced that they finished sooner than expected. Very upfront about the costs as well. The second time I went in I was in a bit of a rush but they were still able to accommodate me. All in all these guys are top notch. I went in with high expectations based on the prior reviews and have not been disappointed. As others have stated, Marshall really looks out for you.

I have a 2000 Honda Civic with over 180,000 miles on it. I had taken it to various places to find out what was wrong with it and they kept charging me and nothing was fixed. I took it here they told me what it was (it was little more than what other shops quoted me but they used Honda parts) well it was been 8 months and no more problems. I hate I wasted money at all these other shops. I am happy to pay a good price for reliable and dependable service.

Had my 04 Acura MDX with 128k miles serviced - Valve Adjustment was performed at a very reasonable price and I can definitely tell the difference; they did a great job (motor sounds so much better). I was even provided specifics on which valves were problematic. Will definitely be back for any additional work and I recommend Marshal and his team.
