Im back again! This time for something different. The owner of this shop, Carmon, rocks. Ive been coming here for a while now, and he immediately ran a diagnostic, told me what the issue was, and gave an immediate quote with estimated time. I am always pleased when I bring my vehicle here. The shop is still not done with my car, but he said in about 30 more minutes they should be complete. Again, this guy is the best. Ive taken my car to other places and didnt care for their customer service, their attempt to overcharge, and rediculous prices. Here at Xpress Automotive the owner doesnt take advantage of anyone. If I didnt love his work I wouldnt continue to bring my car here. Again, he treats his customers like friends & family. If you live in this part of Dallas, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. I almost forgot to mention that he works with you with getting the problem resolved. If there is something that you cant quite afford, he will do what he can to fix what you NEED and tell you to not forget to come back in however length of time to get the remaining job complete. The man that was changing my oil accidentally spilled a good bit of oil all over the engine and front of the car. I patiently waited for them to clean it all up as best they could, but I asked to check the oil level myself before leaving just to make sure they hadnt accidentally overfilled it. When I asked this, the manager told me that I should just wait in the waiting room next time instead of watching what they were doing to my car. When I told him why I was watching and wanted to check the oil level, he took it as a personal insult and asked me if Id ever seen an oil change before. I laughed at that, and that sent him over the edge. He was angry without reason, and very belittling. He told me that they didnt need my business, but then still asked me to pay. I told him that I wasnt trying to get out of paying, and gladly gave them my $25 and informed them I wouldnt be back.

It was first by chance that I used Xpress Automotive, and Carmen. After that first experience, they have a customer for life! Carmen is the best! He is a great mechanic- knowledgeable, attentive, fast, thorough, and also friendly and funny! Thats what I want in a mechanic. And on top of all that- hes extremely reasonable! I cannot find better prices anywhere, and I have a long-time mechanic Ive used for years right by my house! Thanks, Carmen! I will always keep coming back- at least until I get a decent car that doesnt need you! And even then, I will still stop by to say hi! All the best! P.S. Carmen invested in a super duper diagnostic code reading tool, (a very expensive one), that blows away what those other guys will tell you is wrong with your car. When your check engine light comes on, come here and at least let Carmen tell you what is wrong with your vehicle!

Recently check-in engine light popped up on my 2012 Sonata, I came to this service and instead of charging me as much as possible (as I believe most services will do), they suggested me to change fuel tank cap, because that might be a thing that causes a problem. After I did it light has gone, and they never charged me, even though they spent some time to figure out what is the problem. Yesterday I came to them again, because my engine doesnt start. They figured out that its a starter. In 4 hours problem was solved. From my previous experience at other services I can say that they charge you reasonable fees, and they dont want you to spend extra money. Reliable guys, great service. Definitely recommended.

Ive been going here for years now usually Carmen does my oil change the last two times he hasnt been there, there was two younger guys there one was smoking weed and so I ignored let them do my oil change....well my oil change was never done! But I was charged for it like they did it...I would say this place has gone way down quick. And will not be back here good place gone bad. Sent someone else here right before this and they said the same I was shocked going to have vehicle checked today I believe they didnt change oil light came on very soon after and has been running like it never had one.

It was the worst experience Ive had with an oil change, they were rude the guy actually bumped into me when I ask if I could go ahead and pay him, I was there over an hour waiting for them and asked about my car and the guy was high as hell said oh yeah I forgot, he said the other guy went to the bathroom but in fact he had been sitting in his car. When I got there they had been smoking pot you could smell it very strong. They didnt reset my light and it kept coming in until I had to go get it reset somewhere else.

Carmon is a class act. I went in originally to have my clutch actuator checked out, but he was extremely honest and said that he wasnt able to fix or diagnose the problem. He didnt spend hours trying to diagnose something that he knew he couldnt exactly diagnose just so he could charge me labor. He told me exactly what to do, where the best dealership was to get it checked out, and got my oil changed in the fastest time Ive ever had. Great business, great business man, and an all-around great experience.

As someone who drives 9 months a year, I have worked with a multitude of mechanics. Carmon at Xpress Automotive has been one my best mechanic experiences. Needed my van looked at for some check lights that were on my dash. Although there were cars before mine he was able to diagnose my issues quickly. I felt very comfortable and he was extremely detailed in his analysis of the vehicle. His prices are fair and cares about costumer service. Will come back anytime I am in Dallas and my vehicle needs work

Excellent Service. Got in reck and was quote 1000 and something by insurance. Geico would not pay and Carmen only charged us 500. He did amazing.Even got the dent by my tire out and he is not a collision shop. They also did my brakes a while back and they work great. Aired my tires up for free too. Carmon is by far, the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He is courteous and straight to the point. He is extremely fair with what he charges for his services. And most of all, he explains to you exactly what is going on with your vehicle in a way that those of us who are not mechanics can understand. There is no doubt that this business will prosper. I hope I never have to take my car to another mechanic, ever.

Carmon and his mechanics really know what theyre doing, the guys can work on any make and model of car or truck. Theyll diagnose your car and give you the most reasonable price to fix it properly using reliable parts. I can trust these guys work and their words. I recommend him and his crew to friends and family, especially those who dont know much about their cars, because I know theyre honest and hard working.
